Role Description
This is a full-time Medical Receptionist role located on-site at Gold Coast Radiology in Gold Coast, QLD. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, handling patient inquiries, managing patient medical records, and processing patient payments. You will work closely with the Radiologists, Radiographers, Sonographers, and the administration team to ensure the smooth operation of the practice and excellent patient care.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a medical receptionist or administrative role preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Experience with medical billing and insurance preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with medical software and electronic medical records preferred
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information
