OceanaGold are seeking a highly professional and motivated System Analyst – Success Factors to join our Digital Technology Team. Based in either our Melbourne or Brisbane offices and reporting to the Senior System Analyst – IT, you will partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure design, implementation and support of end-to-end business application solution SAP Payroll. Your ability to gather technical documentation as well as build and deploy business models, in addition to providing ongoing daily support and payroll bug fixes, will ensure your success in this challenging and rewarding appointment. 

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead the functional delivery of SAP Payroll system upgrades and enhancements.
• Ensure all business requirements and functional designs are understood and delivered.
• Interpret systems specifications to develop, maintain and support reporting solutions.
• Create & manage functional documentation as well as perform unit testing and sign-off on system integration testing.
• Perform user training and interface with business application users at all levels to ensure all customer requirements are captured and understood.
• Manage the change and release management of Payroll developments, patch updates and upgrades.
• Respond to and address user requests via ticketing process preferable to have experience in Service now.
• Develop long term partnerships with business partners and vendors.

About the role:

OceanaGold is seeking a professional and highly motivated individual to join Sustainability team. Reporting to the Group Manager Environment, you will coordinate and manage the delivery of the Junction Reefs mine relinquishment multi-year work program, to enable successful relinquishment and support the implementation of the multi-year group environment plan.  

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Junction Reefs Relinquishment

• Develop and review technical scopes of work to progress rehabilitation and remediation solutions for closure and rehabilitation.  Including (but not limited to) – contaminated land, water quality, ecological assessments.
• Directly manage and direct consultants and contractors in the delivery of technical scopes of works.
• Review technical reports and outputs to inform further works required for relinquishment, as well as to inform updates of closure and rehabilitation criteria, plans and schedules.
• Co-ordinate and manage delivery of all regulatory reporting requirements and ensure timely submission to the regulator.
• Prepare monthly project progress and budget (spend vs actual and forecast) reports to ensure timely updates are provided to the project Steering Committee.
• Develop annual budget requirements and manage the project effectively within budget.
• Coordinate and manage the project Steering Committee
• Liaise with and coordinate with the NSW Resources Regulator and Mining, Exploration and Geoscience, to confirm and progress relinquishment approach (in accordance with the Mining Act 1992).
• Liaise with other NSW state and local regulators (EPA, local councils), and provide progress updates against relinquishment plan.
• Liaise with local landholders to manage and implement access agreement, provide progress updates on relinquishments, and facilitate landholder relinquishment sign off process.

Group Environment

• Develop documentation and guidance material to support a consistent approach and implementation for group Environmental Performance Standards, processes and systems. 
• Collate, consolidate, and analyse environment related data (including incidents, water, biodiversity, waste, etc.) and information required for internal (monthly and quarterly) reporting and annual external reporting.
• Support the review, update and consolidation of operational risk assessments.
• Support the implementation of the multi-year environmental work plan for water management, biodiversity and circular economy; and the development of group wide metrics and KPIs for these identified focus areas.

The Role

Lyka is growing and we're looking for a hands-on marketer to join our pack! You could be working client-side or at an agency and will have experience in several marketing disciplines such as brand, events, PR and strategic partnerships.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on and lead a diverse range of projects including events, product GTM coordination and partnerships. The role works closely with Lyka’s in-house creative team as well as cross-functional teams such as R&D, Product and Partnerships. What will you do?

• Drive the implementation of the brand strategy, including liaising with internal teams and external agencies or stakeholders.
• Identify and seek out unique PR opportunities, which may include writing press releases and gathering information from various areas of the business. This includes, but is not limited to, applying for relevant product, business and people awards.
• Drive strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders.
• Take ownership of discrete brand-related projects with support from our Senior Brand Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing.
• Build Lyka’s brand activations and trade show strategy, including execution of the strategy and cross-functional project management of relevant projects.
• Live and work in accordance with Lyka’s values and principles at the workplace.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
• 3+ years' experience in a broad hands-on role within a direct-to-consumer start-up/scale-up or agency environment.
• PR campaign experience.
• An understanding of brand measurement and analytics.
• Basic budget management experience - experience managing costs and an understanding of the impact on the bottom line.
• Project management experience.
• Strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial approach toward seeking big ideas.
