About the Role

This role will be providing key packaging services to one of our largest customers. As part of a broader team, you will be responding to contracted and project requests.

Please note that to be successful in this role, you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to achieve a Baseline or NV1 security clearance.

What you will do

As an Applications Packager you will:

• Software packaging and repackaging. This will cover from discovery through to deployment support
• Package based on BAU tickets as well as project
• Participate in project planning sessions and project delivery
• Prepare documentation for use by Operational staff
• Analyse and rectify packaging problems
• Leverage enterprise grade tools, processes, and frameworks to deliver high quality services and outcomes to Datacom customers in accordance with SLAs
• Ensure outstanding levels of customer satisfaction by demonstrating timely, professional, and attentive responses to customers and colleagues

• Operate in, and contribute to the winning culture of a high performing team
• Identify service improvements, efficiencies and/or cost reductions for Datacom customers
• Follow best practice methodologies and adhere to recognised ITIL processes (e.g., change/release).
• Provide guidance and mentoring to lessor experienced Datacom staff to ensure overall competence and growth in the company continually improves
• Take responsibility and accountability for technical aspects of solutions such as supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, projects, proof-of-concept management, and training of Datacom support staff.

What you’ll bring

You will have 5 years’ IT industry experience, preferably within an IT managed service provider, with approximately 3 years’ experience in a similar Application Packaging role. You will have exceptional knowledge of packaging tools, InstallShield, PACE etc. You will possess exceptional knowledge of Windows 10, 11 and MacOS operating systems. You will have knowledgeable skills in endpoint management platforms, System Centre Configuration Manager, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE and Jamf.

You will bring exceptional troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and prioritisation skills; and will be comfortable and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision. You will be comfortable with rapid change and be available to travel to Datacom, customer sites and conferences when required.

We are hiring eight Venture Builders who will join the Beanstalk Ventures team on a fixed term contract. The Venture Builders will be focused on our landmark partnership with the Commonwealth, to deliver the Drought Venture Studio over the course of 2 years.   

These roles will be embedded with each Drought and Innovation Hub across Australia and will be specifically dedicated to the Drought Venture Studio. The Venture Builders will be the main liaison point between the entrepreneurs, innovators and ventures, and the broader Drought Venture Studio. They will be paired with and mentor a small group of innovators as well as contributing to the knowledge, structure, approach and events of the broader commercialisation program. 

As a Venture Builder you will be an integral part of your local Drought and Innovation Hub, collaborating with a team of 8 peers across Australia. In the role, you will: 

• Collaborate with the other Venture Builders, and the Head of Ventures to deliver commercialisation support, coaching and mentoring to each cohort of innovators 
• Guide innovators through building a commercialisation plan and supporting the innovators towards effective business, market and customer development; this may include go-to market plans, and trial support  
• Co-facilitate the prioritisation of critical drought “challenges” which will form the focus for each cohort through engaging with farmers, agrifood corporates, local Drought and Innovation Hubs and the broader industry 
• Scout for leading solutions globally, and engage in the innovator recruitment process

About the role:

We are hiring a Studio Operations Lead that will join the Beanstalk Ventures team. They will be responsible for the coordination and organisation of venture studio programs launched under Beanstalk Ventures. The first landmark studio program is the Drought Venture Studio. You will be working closely with the Studio Director and Head of Ventures and leveraging the programmatic knowledge of the Beanstalk Advisory team to ensure the Drought Venture Studio runs like a well-oiled machine.  

You will be leading the design and operation of the Drought Venture Studio’s internal operating system. This is not a copy and paste, we are looking for a leader who we can entrust to really take the reins and own the creation a high-performance workflow to underpin the world-first Drought Venture Studio.  

In this role, you will: 

• Build the operational workflow for key activities including (but not limited to): 

1. Internal communications 
2. Application and selection processes 
3. Onboarding and orientation of the Venture Builders 
4. Reviewing and support with refining the accelerator and venture program 
5. Facilitate processes for continued learning and development 
6. Programmatic evaluation, feedback and reporting 
7. Solidifying a manual for the entire program

• Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Drought Venture Studio, leading the operations and functions of the Studio

Skills, Qualifications and Experience – Selection Criteria

Essential

1.      Digital content creation and delivery: Experience in creating engaging content in a variety of formats for a range of channels, including web, social, email. Experience of developing and delivering successful multi-channel content campaigns.  

2.      Communications: Excellent communicator, with an editorial mindset and experience writing and creating content for a range of audiences. Understanding of the role of video in communications with the ability to brief and/or create video content, as required.

3.      Writing skills: Strong writing, editing and grammatical skills with the ability to adapt content for different platforms, channels, and target audiences.

4.      Project management: Naturally organised with a track record of delivering against objectives and deadlines. Able to manage overlapping deadlines and tasks and coordinate others in a fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively coordinate stakeholders in fast-paced agile situations.

About the Role:

In this role, you will support the Head of Ventures in managing the Drought Venture Studio. Over the course of 1.5 years, there will be 8 shortlisted entrepreneurs who will require bespoke venture support. As Lead Venture Architect, you will get your boots and strategic brain dirty, jumping into the trenches to support the most promising drought resilience innovation technology solutions that we identify. You will work directly with the venture founder to place a dedicated CXO and be responsible for building high performing startup teams through coaching, mentoring and supporting the leadership team.  

You will also deploy your startup skills and knowledge across a range of impact-focused opportunities. In this role, you will: 

• Be the Head of Venture’s 2IC; responsible for managing the CXOs that are appointed into the ventures participating in the Venture Studio and supporting the execution of commercialisation plans for each venture

In this integral role, you will provide in-depth analysis on operational and financial results, drive process improvements and efficiencies across key services line and business units.

Some of your key responsibilities are:

We are seeking a HSES (Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability) Lead to provide oversight and drive consistent implementation of the Health, Safety and Environmental systems across the site, to ensure the organisation meets its legal and ethical obligation to provide a safe workplace.

As a member of the Site Management Team, you will provide a connection between the Site and Group level activities and will champion and monitor implementation of the Group WHSE System (Policy, Procedures and tools), including communicating with Site Management and conducting inspections and audits.

A key focus for the HSES Lead is to support and drive the assessment and recommendations to improve controls of all site hazardous and high-risk activities, delivering improvements to reduce operation activity risks to ALARP (As Low as reasonably practicable).

 As HSES lead, you will provide oversight of critical incidents and supporting the Site with incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action closure. This includes the investigation of incidents that affect health, pollution, contamination and waste management. 

 You will also:

Support the sites Injury Management Processes, to ensure prompt, adequate and appropriate care is provided. Supporting all injured workers to prompt and quick rehabilitation recovery to pre-injury duties

Prepare WHS and environmental reports and track against performance indictors and targets. Provide sound technical advice to operational units on solutions to resolve waste processing.

Monitor and drive activities with external regulatory bodies (such as Safework and EPA) and provide recommendations of continuous improvement for the Group WHSE System. 

Your experience will include:

• Strong skills in hazard identification, risk management and incident investigation;

As our Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic marketing solutions within the NRMA’s Roadside & Motoring portfolio. You will be responsible for leading the annual marketing plan to increase demand and lead generation for NRMA Batteries and other motoring & roadside products as required (including membership upsell) and driving value and prioritising effective campaign execution.
