The Technical Manager, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, is responsible for the overall management and coordination of CAE resources (maintenance and support personnel), budget and operational maintenance requirements of the training devices under their control. This role will be working independently in a shared warehouse space reporting to our VIC & SA warehouse and logistics manager. • Collaborate with agencies to develop compelling and consistent messaging.

Collaboration and Thought Leadership:

• Be the central point for customer-centricity, championing their needs.
• Manage a team of external marketing providers and agencies, fostering strong relationships.
• Keep up to date with emerging marketing trends and demands, we’re wanting to keep current and ahead of what others are doing.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Monitor spending and ROI, making adjustments as necessary.

Data Integrity:

• Own and ensure the integrity of customer-related data points.

Continuous Website Improvement:

•  Own and deliver website improvements and fixes.
•  Work with external suppliers to maximize SEO opportunities.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
• 3 to 4 Years of proven experience in marketing coordination with a focus on measurable contributions.
