We have the perfect opportunity for an experienced full time Front Office Manager to join our amazing team.

Reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager, your role extends beyond simply overseeing front-of-house operations. Your mission is to foster team unity, promote cross-departmental engagement, and ensure the creation of unforgettable experiences for every guest. 

ALL about you:

  • Previous experience in Front Office Management
  • Full time flexible availability weekdays, weekends & public holidays
  • Outstanding attention to detail, time management, strong organisation, excellent presentation & communication skills
  • The ability to easily build rapport with team members and guests is essential
  • An in-depth understanding of all Front Office operations, 4 and 5-star standards & procedures
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products – Tech Savvy
  • Experience with a Property Management System (PMS), Opera desirable
  • Must have unrestricted eligibility to work in Australia and hold an RSA

ALL about the role:

You will responsible managing Front Office operations including guest arrival and departure, room inventory and availability, guest service standards and initiatives, loyalty recruitment, and room profitability as well as:

  • Confidence in communicating with guests and colleagues to ensure cohesive collaboration
  • Conquer challenges alongside guests, transforming dilemmas into success stories through creative solutions
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Front Office team members, nurturing their professional growth, and diligently monitoring their performance
  • Adhere to WHS requirements, promptly respond to emergencies, and prioritise the safety of both guests and team
  • Exhibit proficiency in accurately handling reservations, managing guest accounts, and analysing reports and data
  • Closely monitor budgets, expenditure, and revenue to make informed operational decisions and achieve financial objectives
