Your New Role
As our Business Development Manager (BDM), you'll be the driving force behind expanding and diversifying our customer base in Western Australia. Armed with exceptional communication skills, you'll confidently connect with potential customers, showcasing frank green's product lines while addressing and anticipating customer objectives.
Collaborating closely with Key Account Managers, you'll transform new relationships into ongoing, profitable partnerships. Your strategic prowess will shine as you implement growth strategies, explore new markets, and tailor solutions to meet customer needs. Comfortable with making cold calls, you'll introduce frank green products to a variety of customers, including a variety of retail stores, cafes, and gifting destinations.
Your Day to Day
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, hitting sales targets.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients.
- Expand the frank green customer base through strategic initiatives.
- Educate potential customers on our diverse product offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective business strategies.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiating contract terms.
Your Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role; FMCG experience preferred.
- Experience within the retail and fashion space is highly regarded.
- Proven track record in achieving business growth targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in market research and analysis.
- Independent and team-oriented work capabilities.
- Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
