The Opportunity

The Technical Business Analyst is primarily responsible for understanding the business objectives and translating them into technical requirements. Working with multiple teams across the business, this role is responsible for translating stakeholder objectives into technical requirements, help articulate business value, assist in identifying solution options including pros-cons for each, support prioritisation and ensure that the changes and impacts are understood by the affected parties.

Responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):

• Conduct analysis of business issues, technical challenges and help articulate business impact and value
• Partner with key technical stakeholders to identify solution options, articulating pro-cons for each and assist in designing solution architecture.  
• Work closely with business stakeholders and partner stakeholders in defining and mapping business process, also help them in prioritisation based on business impact and value
• Distill requirements into succinct scenarios (user stories) with acceptance criteria and validation rules
• Coordinate and assist with User Acceptance Testing for technical implementations
• Support change management activities - Work with Power Users to develop user support guidelines and documentation to ensure processes are followed correctly and data integrity is maintained
• Contribute to the assessment of integrating third-party applications into existing systems
• Support Delivery Lead in conducting Agile rituals effectively and also provide relevant information required for project management and governance
• Promote Agile ways of working and help team in improving their understating of agile methodology

This is a 6 month fixed term contract with view to extension.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Strong and demonstrated skills in business process analysis and mapping
• Experience with Salesforce Administration highly regarded
• Strong understanding and knowledge of SDLC within an Agile environment
• Sound knowledge in maintenance and access to data and information, including the ability to identify, design, extract, and report on complex datasets, with a good understanding of SQL and relational data structures
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of configuration and coding practices of SaaS systems, ideally including AWS and Salesforce modules.
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Comprehensive Training & Support

When you join, you'll be thoroughly onboarded with all our systems and processes. We have documentation from how to use our software and accounting systems, all the way to scripts you can use when following up on overdue invoices. By the end of your training, the work will become very familiar and you'll have things like the billing schedules memorised in-and-out, and the process of sending or updating a student’s invoice at the back of your palm!

As an Academic Tutor, you will have the opportunity to guide small groups of eager learners (average group size of 7), aged between 13-18. Your mission? To plan and deliver lessons that not only meet the programme’s learning outcomes but also create unforgettable experiences for these young minds.

We currently have an opportunity at the Summer School in Sydney starting on 28th July 2024 through to 10th August 2024. This includes 40 hours of teaching over the two weeks, with a salary of AUD$6000.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver a two-week course in your subject, filled with engaging, challenging, and interactive lessons for 4 hours each day, Monday to Friday.
• Provide a comprehensive course overview in advance of the programme, including any resource requirements and full lesson plans if requested by the academic team.
• Supply any preparatory tasks or materials to your participants that you deem necessary and beneficial in advance of the programme.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance throughout the programme.

Equal Education Partners is recruiting Academic Tutors of Veterinary Studies who are ready to inspire and educate the leaders of tomorrow. Our partner client’s esteemed Summer School 2024 Programme in Sydney is the perfect platform for you to make a difference.

As an Academic Tutor, you will have the opportunity to guide small groups of eager learners (average group size of 7), aged between 13-18. Your mission? To plan and deliver lessons that not only meet the programme’s learning outcomes but also create unforgettable experiences for these young minds.

We currently have an opportunity at the Summer School in Sydney starting on 28th July 2024 through to 10th August 2024. This includes 40 hours of teaching over the two weeks, with a salary of AUD$6000.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver a two-week course in your subject, filled with engaging, challenging, and interactive lessons for 4 hours each day, Monday to Friday.
• Provide a comprehensive course overview in advance of the programme, including any resource requirements and full lesson plans if requested by the academic team.
• Supply any preparatory tasks or materials to your participants that you deem necessary and beneficial in advance of the programme.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance throughout the programme.
• Provide detailed, productive written feedback and suggestions for further development for each student after the programme.

Day-to-day you will have meaningful, consultative conversations to guide your customer into an appropriate higher education course. OTE Package

As a guide, below is the average package that a new starter would expect to achieve. The amazing part is that you dictate your commissions as they’re uncapped. Remember the package below is the average but others are earning much more. How much could you achieve?

• A starting salary of between $62,000 + super
• $8,500 pa average commissions
• $2,900 average company bonus

In Addition

• Base salary and Superannuation are guaranteed and not tied to sales results
• Commission earnings are uncapped and directly tied to your individual sales results and the above figure is an average, so you can earn even more

About You

• Outbound sales contact centre experience is highly regarded, as is any other sales experience
• Have worked with KPIs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Thrive on closing a sale and making an impact on people’s lives
