The Opportunity
The Team Leader role at OES plays a pivotal role in leading and motivating their team to deliver on the strategic goals of the business. The Team Leader would be promoting and leading a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring students are provided the highest level of student experience in the online environment.
We have a variety of Team Leader roles available within the Student Operations team:
Student Advisor Team Leader - This role has a significant people leadership focus, responsible for a large team that supports students in an inbound capacity. This role requires excellent communication skills along with the ability to make proactive business decisions to impact a large, fast paced team
Student Services Team Leader - This role is responsible for our student administration team, with a key focus on task prioritisation and ensuring key deadlines are met
Exams & Results Team Leader - This role has a project management focus, managing a small team of exams and results advisors, with a key focus on prioritisation, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholder communication

About You
- Extensive experience and demonstrated ability to lead, support and provide feedback to enhance and develop a team in an evolving environment
- A demonstrated commitment to exemplary customer service principles and the ability to be flexible and responsive to customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to positively contribute to the development of a culture that maximises employee and student engagement
- Excellent written communication skills and an eye for detail
- Evidence of being a hands-on self-starter with a solution-focused attitude to problem solving
- High-level computer literacy including the use of e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications and the demonstrated capacity to learn new programs
- Completion of a degree with subsequent relevant work experience or an equivalent combination or relevant experience and/or education and training
