What you will be doing:

• Lead and supervise Food & Beverage service within the restaurant and bar, to ensure service standards are followed with a friendly, genuine and engaging experience

• Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules, and procedures.

• Degree Level of Qualification or Five Years of on the job work experience.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day hotel operations to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
• Supervision of lobby services including concierge, ensuring guest arrivals and departures are as efficient as possible
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
• Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalise service
• Daily liaison with the Reservations office to ensure accuracy in room allocation and maximising of yield
