As reporting on web behaviour plays a critical role in ClickSend’s marketing success, we are seeking a Data Analyst to join the Marketing Team. As the Data Analyst you will be responsible for the recording and reporting of data, which is vital to ClickSend’s ongoing success.

Key responsibilities:

• Build dashboards using Periscope and other BI software like Tableau.
• Write the SQL that drives all reporting and dashboards.
• Analyse and report on sales funnel metrics.
• Measure performance of online marketing campaigns.
• Report on marketing KPIs like website traffic, leads, deals, conversion rates, churn, CPA, ROAS etc.
• Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates).

To be successful in this role you will have strong analytical skills and be an expert in writing SQL for various platforms (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc). Experience with a range of reporting dashboard platforms is expected, with Periscope and Tableau preferred. Additionally, experience with data sources and troubleshooting issues across the whole data pipeline is highly regarded. You will be a strong communicator and be comfortable writing and presenting data, and gathering feedback from stakeholders. About the Role: 

In this role, you support a broad team of staff responsible for the maintenance, repair and incident response of critical services and systems covering Electrical, Mechanical and Fire. The Service Technician – Shift Team role will be the first to respond to alerts and alarms, assign the severity, prioritise the rectification and determine whether escalation is required to third party contractors.

Shift team members will proactively perform inspections to ensure all critical infrastructure is operating as designed and identify any possible risk to the infrastructure and buildings. The position will monitor the critical infrastructure 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and be able to make quick decisions on prioritisations and escalations based on their experience. The shift team assists with the monitoring of all contractors conducting critical work and ensures strict adherence to processes and procedures.

• Promptly responding to service requests and emergency faults.

• Perform critical switching to prevent disruptions in case of equipment failure.

• Prior experience in critical infrastructure environments with adherence to strict procedures.
• Experience operating Building Management Systems (BMS) or Energy Management Systems (EMS).

What Will You Do?

As a Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in focusing on the BlueScope business reporting and analytics initiatives. What you will do?

Explore Growth Opportunities and Architect the Lyka Growth Model: Dive into data to unveil growth possibilities using proactive insights and develop metrics to influence team rituals and decision-making.

Data Collaboration and Analytics Leadership: Work collaboratively with the Engineering team and stakeholders for seamless data capture, transformation, and storage, taking charge of ad-hoc analytical products and projects across the business.

Data Integrity and Automate Success: Ensure clean and normalised datasets by tackling data integrity challenges and build automated models on large datasets to measure results and predict outcomes.

About the Role:

As the Government Relations Senior Adviser, you will be responsible for the day-to-day engagement with government on policies, programs and standards and advising on how they will impact and influence CDC’s operations.
