This strategic channel role will develop the full 360 degree Cloud Service Provider partner led growth from leveraging Cloud Service Provider (CSP) partner teams, CSP partner reach and marketplaces. Reporting to the ANZ Cloud Service Provider Manager you will center your role on developing and growing channel led opportunities with partners who actively drive revenue for their business via cloud providers and marketplaces.. You will be responsible for educating and engaging the sales account teams within partners and at Palo Alto Networks on the benefits of tri party collaboration. We win by deliberate joint account engagement to solve our joint customers biggest challenges of securing their digital future. Success in the role will also require developing a strong internal network across Palo Alto Networks teams, including marketing, inside sales and Sales Engineers and most importantly our speedboat solutions specialists.

Your Impact

• Grow partner led marketplace transactions and New Customer Acquisitions
• Grow service creation for partners from customer cloud migrations and operations
• Business development with partners involvement to help activate them on Palo Alto Networks offerings
• Build a strong business network within the cloud service providers channels organizations - It is your responsibility to continue to nurture and grow your network
• Engaging with key stakeholders (Channel leadership, Channel Business Managers, Cloud Service Provider Partner Managers) build and execute on a your CSP channel plan
• As part of the overall plan, activate current marketplace partners, identify and recruit new partners who have viewed marketplaces as a relevant pathway in their go-to-market strategy
• Develop and execute business plans driving all aspects of the partner relationship to maximize growth opportunities and ensuring partner is well-positioned to deliver successful customer implementations and recommendations
• Work well in a team environment to ensure partner and customer satisfaction
• Design compelling value proposition that inspire partners to promote our solutions 
• Work with select partners and help them build a services catalog around our cloud security offerings
• Provide clear and consistent communication across the region with your dedicated partners to build strong partnerships throughout your assignment
• Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and various stakeholders 
• Build and maintain activity of performance reports and activity dashboards

Nine is looking for multiple Customer Service Representatives that are available for full-time employment to join Australian Metro Publishing's Customer Service Centre team. 

You will be exposed to and assisting customers who subscribe to some of Australia's major publications such as The Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian Financial Review and The Age.

The role is predominantly working from home with time in the office on a fortnightly basis.

The Customer Service Team operates on a 7 day a week roster. Employees will work Monday - Sunday on a rotational roster.

Day to day you will:

• Deliver world-class frontline customer service interactions and operations that meet or exceed a number of customer experience targets
• Manage interactions over the phone, email, live chat and web forms

Position Overview 

It’s all about our customers. The purpose of this position is to develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. The Service Coordinator is expected to be team-oriented and possess strong communication, computer and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include handling all customer service and parts requests that are received through both telephone and email. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Customer Care 

• Manage and process customer Enquires, quotes and spare parts orders. 
• Create cases and work orders for all Field Service Representative (FSE) work. 
• Initiate follow-up calls with FSEs and customers for any work order discrepancies. 
• Coordinate Customer service visits and liaise with the customers and FSE on (service visits, new projects, upgrades, other service-related visits). 
• Process and submit estimates (quotes) to customers for all service work as required. 
• Support Field Service Engineer – Team Lead in managing resource utilization and capacity planning. 

Parts Support 

• Timely response to quotations, technical enquiries, and requests for information. 
• Expedite customer orders to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction. 
• Ordering stock for customer spare parts orders, with internal and external suppliers, manage receipting into system. 
• Picking and packing and arrange shipping of spare parts orders. 
• Create work orders for service requests ensure we have purchase orders for all service visits. 
• Create RMA and manage return process for warranty and repair orders, including external supplier repairs. 

Administration & Organisation 

• Complete administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner. 
• Observe and comply with Tomra’s code of conduct. 
• Positively and actively support effective communication, encourage, and provide constructive feedback. 
• Support the overall organisational vision, values, and culture. 
• Provide weekly report of assigned KPI /SLA metrics. 
• Work with other departments within Tomra to facilitate on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. 
• Daily review of open work orders on regional dashboard. 
• Book business travel arrangements for FSEs and other Tomra employees as required. 
• Follow-up on maintenance contracts that are expiring within 90 days of renewal.

This a very rare and exciting opportunity for someone to come in and build a new specialist function from the ground up. This person will be dynamic, flexible, and work at pace to create a best-in-class customer support team supporting the APAC region. 

The Customer Support Manager will recommend and implement best practices to ensure efficient and high-quality performance from our Customer Support teams. The manager oversees and supervises the customer care, technical support, service sales and service excellence & revenue centre, making sure the processes are optimized and efficient in addition to ensuring the team is working efficiently and effectively and supports the needs of each member on the team.  

We are open to candidates from both Sydney and Melbourne locations, and the position can be based out of either office. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement, Manage and Sustain ‘Customer Care’ Portfolio / Processes (preferably based on ITIL V4) in APAC business region
• Create and maintain a culture in the organization that can be characterized by customer first and a high sense of urgency
• Manage teams of Customer Care centre (CCC), Technical Support Engineers (TSE) and Service Excellence across APAC to ensure ONE team and ONE approach across all APAC customers
• Lead ‘Service Excellence’ portfolio in APAC and work with regional leaders to have universal approach
• Work with strategic customers to establish critical goals/milestones of success and ensure that they are achieving them
• Drive and follow up Operational Performance Management and continuous improvement for the responsible teams/areas: Quality – CSAT – Lead Time – Productivity – Predictability and Culture  
• Establish and monitor data-driven approach to customer care
• Streamline workflow of customer care team with best-in-class customer care procedures and systems
• Taking a leading role supporting implementation of new systems and adoption of those by team members
• Oversee response to diverse incoming customer and sales calls/requests regarding the delivery of services in conformance with policy, procedures, and service quality standards
• Maintain back-office processes, ensure adherence, and strive for continuous improvement
• Ensures that team offers appropriate needs-based service options and recognizes cross sell opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and enhance customer relationship
