We have an opportunity to join our team on a full-time basis as a Health & Lifestyle Coordinator.  Flying out of Brisbane or Cairns you will be working 14:7 roster at Weipa Town Camp.  Accommodation and meals are covered during your stay at camp.

The work will be at the Village Gym facilitating group stretching sessions, motivating employees, as well as individual health management and wellness counselling. You will develop and coordinate sporting and social events, group exercise sessions (i.e. walking groups and circuit classes), wellness and health promotion programs, and physical rehabilitation programs for injured employees. You will also be responsible for the design and delivery of injury prevention programs and initiatives.

Who are we looking for?  

As a health and lifestyle role model, you will be in charge of leading and taking responsibility for all health and lifestyle issues at the village. With experience in delivering a variety of group fitness classes, you will also be able to organise and oversee the running of multiple health/recreation projects and programs. In this customer service focused role, leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills are essential.

To be successful you will need:

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness (nationally recognized)
• National Accreditation as a qualified fitness instructor (e.g. Fitness Australia)
• CPR and Apply First Aid certification
• Current Manual Driver’s Licence (Class C) are required
• Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights  
• Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check

The role:

Reporting to the Claims & Resolution Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for managing damage incidents to ensure our owners get their vans repaired quickly and back on the platform for hire. So our customers can continue enjoying endless adventures in them! No two days are the same and you’ll find helping our owners and hirers back on the road super rewarding.

This isn’t an ordinary call center role. You’ll be working in the same office as the development team that built our platform, marketing and a big operations team that are all committed to doing their part to keep our customers and hirers happy. The team is diverse, inclusive and friendly. We offer flexible working arrangements so you work from home up to 2 days a week. However, you’ll enjoy coming into the office as it's got a great vibe. Key responsibilities:

• Manage claims incidents for our owners on the Camplify platform
• Manage disputes between owners, hirers and the insurer
• Strive to resolve matters in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Educate and communicate with the other members of our operations team on insurance policies and processes
• Advise customers on insurance matters

• A proven record of providing excellent customer service in an environment where you’ve been exposed to damage incidents and resolution processes e.g.. insurance, car hire, property management.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills

• Analyse historic data and interpret future demand projections for the purposes of developing service planning documents and projected facility requirements.
• Undertake the consultation for and the development of Health Services Plans, regional and local, and Assumptions Papers underpinning Services Plans.
• Develop Services Delivery Plans.
• Coordination and drafting of Business Cases and other reports as necessary.
• Preparation of Functional Briefs and further develop Models of Care arising from services planning.
• Develop Schedules of Accommodation (spatial requirements) and provide functional relationship diagrams in response to client operational requirements.
• Develop operational procedures briefing documentation.
• Facilitate and document stakeholder/client consultation sessions and issues resolution.
• Make recommendations on necessary code, standards and guidelines requirements.
