As a result, we are currently seeking a savvy Payroll Officer to join our finance department at Tomago.This role necessitates a high standard of personal demeanour, attention to detail, exceptional time management including professional communication standards and appearance.Specifically, you’ll be responsible for:Timely payment of correct wages to company employees and other company payment reconciliationsWorking with a close-knit team on implementing process improvements, simplifications and automation relating to the payroll teamAccurate entry and amendment of employee records into SyteLine (ERP System) and Attaché, including updating of salary rates and maintaining leave balancesStrong focus on Customer ServiceAdministrative duties such as; following up enquiries from managers and employees, Month-End / Year-End reconciliations and data entry/filing as requiredABOUT YOU:On a day to day basis, you will be dealing with people and must have the capacity to demonstrate tolerance, patience and understand the importance of accuracy.Previous payroll processing experience (desirable) (demonstrated understanding of payroll procedures and related documentation)Experience with payroll processing software (desirable), e.g. AttachéAccuracy and attention to detailForward thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutionsComfortable with process improvementProficient using Microsoft Office applicationsHigh level of administrative and organisational skillsThink you know Ampcontrol?
