The role

This role is suited to Account Executives with previous software sales experience. You would be joining a high-performing team of diverse 20+ Account Executives in Sydney.

It's a full 360-degree role that involves both prospecting & closing and you'll be supported by a strong SDR & Marketing team which is responsible for driving inbound leads. It is certainly suited to people with a highly driven "Hunter" type mentality. Must have resilience!

• 1-5 years of proven OUTBOUND software sales experience (B2B or B2C)

Business Manager

ARH Wollongong and Greencross Fairy Meadow - Co-located Site: ECC and GP

ARH Wollongong is a leading healthcare facility, serving the Wollongong community with excellence in healthcare services. Our co-located site houses an Emergency Care Center (ECC) and General Practice (GP) clinic, providing comprehensive medical care to our patients. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Position Overview

As the Business Manager at ARH Wollongong, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the business operations of our co-located site, which includes the ECC and GP clinic. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, improving financial performance, and ensuring the seamless functioning of the organization. This position is available as either part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's availability and qualifications.

Purpose of your role

The Head of Portfolio & Release Management is a senior role responsible for three key areas across the organization:

1. Establishing and managing the Product & Technology Portfolio

2. Management of analyst and delivery practitioners, and

3. The evolution of our delivery practices and processes.

This role works across Divisions to manage the priorisation and planning for the Technology roadmap, working directly with Group Executives and other business stakeholders in addition to Product and Technology management.

Leading a team of delivery and analyst resources, you will strive to achieve OFX’s objectives by establishing and evolving business and technology planning, driving and evolving our Agile based delivery practices while introducing strong reporting and governance frameworks for all projects and programs involving Technology. 

You will work across Technology to establish standards and practices to ensure a focus on business value, productivity and technical reliance while providing governance and high quality technology solutions within a fast-paced Agile delivery environment.

What you do

• Contribute to business strategy, annual planning, and integrated technology delivery plans by driving a cohesive approach, identifying and managing technology dependencies, and leading the budgeting process for effective program and product initiatives.
• Oversee strategic project management, providing senior delivery managers for end-to-end implementation, enforcing efficient governance tools, managing risks, ensuring stakeholder communication, actively handling budgets, and leading tracking and communication of overall plan benefits.
• Lead the standardisation of delivery practices, measurement, and continuous improvement in the Technology department, incorporating Agile and Lean principles, adopting evolving practices, and establishing efficient reporting and governance processes to meet business objectives in terms of cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Manage and lead a team of Delivery and Agile practitioners, business analysts, and technology staff, setting strategic objectives, motivating and coaching the team, implementing KPIs, promoting high standards, and actively contributing to the broader Technology Management team to align with business strategy.
• Lead capabilities by developing and overseeing the Business Analyst practice, managing a team of Delivery Managers for complex initiatives, and collaborating with Engineering, Security, Risk & Compliance practices to enhance ways of working and support OFX business objectives.
• Ensure effective program governance and delivery through regular reviews, resource capacity planning, risk management, comprehensive reporting to OFX business, creation of lean yet comprehensive artifacts for executive communication, and resource management to deliver key initiatives.
• Establish and lead a regular process with the Finance Division for accurate reporting and forecasting of project and product initiatives, including efficient time/effort reporting tools, while monitoring budgets for all delivery activities and providing timely updates to executives on expected variances.
• Collaborate within the OFX Senior Management team, engage with Group Executives, Divisional leadership, internal stakeholders, and the Technology team to build strong relationships and confidence in Technology's practices and processes, while fostering robust working relationships with vendors and partners.

As a Senior Project Manager in our ANZ business, your impact will be delivering major, cutting-edge projects within our Urban Development business line. You will provide technical expertise across a range of projects and play an integral role in managing project and team performance as well as driving project outcomes. In this role, you will team lead and be responsible for the growth and development of up to 3 direct reports.

Our Urban Development project portfolio spans master-planned communities, large-scale subdivisions, medium-density townhouses, retirement villages, industrial, commercial, civic and public infrastructure projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Project Manager with expertise in the land development sector, you will be involved in all aspects of the development process and will work with our clients to help them bring their projects to life.

As a Senior Project Manager in our ANZ business, your impact will be in the day-to-day management of a team of Project Managers as well as client liaison and project delivery for a major client in NSW. You will provide technical expertise across a range of projects and play an integral role in managing project and team performance and driving project outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Project Manager with expertise in the Water Services sector to take on senior responsibilities inclusive of team management.

Your duties will include:

• Manage the delivery of projects from initiation through to close out and handover within client budget and expected timeframes.
• Lead specialist team of Project Managers and provide support to enable the effective delivery of projects through all life cycles.
• Lead Meetings with project stakeholders including clients, other Egis disciplines as well as external consultants.
• Develop strategies and work methodologies to meet the requirements of the projects.
• Prepare Business Cases for medium to high risk complexity projects to meet client expectations, including options identification, analysis and recommendation.
• Ensure project risks are effectively identified, mitigated and managed to effectively manage any matters that could impact the delivery of the project with reference to scope, schedule and budget.
