Reliance HR Solutions Pty Ltd on behalf of Junior Adventures Group (JAG) of companies is seeking a Project Marketing Specialist.

The role in a nutshell
The Project Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing all new product rollouts across the Junior Adventures Group (JAG) in all four markets (AU, NZ, UK, Ireland).

The position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and work with key stakeholders and relevant country marketing teams to design, develop and deliver program support collateral including brochures and online training decks, and to drive direct-to-schools/customer marketing initiatives to promote the JAG Adventure Program.

The role will also have oversight of the creative aspects of logo design, campaign concept development, digital and social campaigns to ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all creative elements. Collaboration with the Educational Excellence Specialist team to support and integrate education components into program development will be key to the success of JAGs products and programs across our four markets.

Experience
Essential
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on collateral design and management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in managing third-party vendors and agencies.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and strategically.
Desirable
• Knowledge of the OSHC industry or education sector is advantageous.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
