ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyses information needs and specifies technology to meet those needs.

• Formulates and directs information and communication technology (ICT) strategies, policies and plans.

• Significant experience of, and proven ability to drive large scale projects and programmes, with high collaboration and leadership
• project management, demonstrating the ability to meet targets in respect of deadlines and resources.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of ICT project phases including proactive management of project risks andissues;
• Work diligently to ensure that project deliverables match agreed-upon schedule, scope and cost dimensions
• Prepare presentation and status report for the senior management team and other stakeholder group.
• Ensure the effective communication, co-ordination between many onsite and off site contribution.

• Experience in handling various roles as Delivery Manger, operation manager in Banking and telecommunication domain.
• Experience in handling support and maintenance of operating applicants in quality Doc system and supply chain.
• Experience in technologies like AWS, Tomcat, Websocket, Jira, Remedy , IIS.
• Experience in Java, Windows, Linux , Unix and File.
• Experience in ITSM tools like Jira, serviceNow and MAR.

About You

We are looking for a Project Manager based in Milton, Queensland, for our Queens Wharf Brisbane project. This is a 12-month fixed-term role and reports to the Operations Manager for New Equipment (NE) and Modernization (MOD).

As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include

• Manage and Administer Otis NE & Mod contracts according to the Otis’ ‘Sales Installation Process’ (SIP).

• Sets objectives and priorities, assigns and reviews tasks, performance, and staffing requirements, and maintains the resource plan.

What you will need to be successful

• A tertiary qualification in Building or Engineering is preferred, and/or an Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate.

• Minimum five (5) years experience in project managing Lift installations.

• Engage frequently and effectively with various stakeholders within Sales, New Equipment, Contract Management, Builders, Consultants, and other project stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective planning and organizational skills.

We currently have a permanent full-time position vacant for a Mining Engineer in the Short and mid Term Planning department. Reporting to the Superintendent –Mine Planning, you shall convert the conceptual mining plan into an effective budgeted operational plan. The successful applicants will have: Excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with your peers and other teams Knowledge of underground metalliferous mining Experience working with Scheduling software packages Have a passion for Scheduling 2 -4 years experience with Mine Planning in the Short - Term, Scheduling and Mid - Term space. Worked with an Operational Team Underground and have an understanding of Operational sequencing of activities. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering, Geology or similar Strong commercial acumen / budgeting in a mining context will be well regarded Experience in Deswik highly desirable, however we will invest in training.
