We currently have an exciting and rare opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis at Minor Hotels.
In this integral role, you will serve as the catalyst for the successful delivery of projects, overseeing the implementation and upgrading of company systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure effective delivery of projects within defined scope, budget and time parameters
- Develop comprehensive project scopes and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility
- Maintain oversight or resource availability and allocation to optimise project efficiency
- Employ appropriate verification techniques to proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule and budget
- Gauge project performance through the use of suitable systems, tools and techniques
- Provide timely and detailed reports to management, escalating issues as necessary
- Implement effective risk management strategies to minimise potential project risks
- Create and meticulously maintain detailed project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability
- Facilitate seamless execution of IT projects by coordinating internal resources and third party vendors
