As a Graduate Project Manager at AECOM, you have the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects across a wide array of sectors. These include water projects, transport projects, and defence projects to name but a few, for both public and private sector clients. ​

Requirements of the Role:

• Establish and lead a cross discipline team to plan and deliver the pre-gate 2 scope of works.

• Manage current and future relationships with key stakeholders including; capability managers, platform sponsors and delivery agencies, industry partners, and other interest parties.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement activities as part of the broader leadership team which may include; fostering a collaborative and respectful culture, identifying opportunities for business improvements and engage with SMEs for input into project planning and approvals.

• Maintain compliance with existing and emerging reporting requirements that may include; senate estimates, queries, monthly performance reporting, additional and budget estimates, project risks, etc.

Highly Desirable:

• Experience with complex secure communication systems or C4I systems.

• Experience leading multi discipline integrated project teams.

• Previous experience in the Defence environment.

• Understanding of Government gate approval process.

Desirable:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in the use of MS-Office suite of software.

What You’ll Do   

• Load projects/contracts into the ERP and PSA toolset. 
• Load variations, sales orders, purchase orders, resource plans, and other artefacts into the ERP and PSA toolset. 
• Maintain financial records and provide regular reports on project spending and budget status. 
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure that financial processes and policies are understood and adhered to.

• Provide training and support to project teams on systems, tools, processes, and reporting.

What You’ll Bring  

You will be an exceptionally professional person who has incredible communication skills - both written and verbal. You have demonstrated Project Administration or Project Contractual/Commercial Administration and Project Financial Analysis experience, or experience in Project Delivery Coordination. You have a detailed understanding of the end-to-end Sales to Project Delivery Lifecycle. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

·       Work closely with the Sourcing Lead and the Program Office Lead in defining, scoping and managing the delivery of assigned outcomes.

·       Work closely with the EL2 Director in ensuring appropriate levels of engagement are being undertaken with existing IT service management teams.

·       Ensure that the Department’s future people, process and technology requirements for SIAM are identified, documented and addressed.

·       Work with all relevant stakeholders to develop any approach to market documentation for SIAM.

·       Undertake, as necessary, research and investigation into modern ICT services, practices and delivery models.

The SIAM Bundle Lead is responsible for contribution to the Department’s future Service Integration and Management approach and leading any subsequent approaches to market for these services. The SIAM Bundle Lead will lead a leveraged team of technical, commercial, and service delivery specialists, including the SIAM SME, to deliver assigned outcomes.

The successful SIAM Bundle Lead and SIAM SME will have a strong understanding of multi-vendor ICT operating models, contemporary development and service delivery frameworks and models, and contemporary service management toolsets and solutions. This includes:

·         Applying their knowledge of the following to various aspects of the program, including but not limited to the development of approach to market requirements for enterprise computing services, evaluating responses, agreeing solutions, and implementing contracted outcomes:

The SIAM Lead will have:

·       Significant demonstrated experience in implementing large scale Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience in requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.

About the opportunity:

Rural Funds Management (RFM) has a rare opportunity to join the investment and operations team as a Senior Analyst or Associate. In this role, you will provide investment and asset management functions. This position works across the entire investment lifecycle including new investment opportunities, ongoing operations, asset development and asset divestment, and is based in our Canberra Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial reporting and forecasting including annual budgeting, monthly variance reporting, and capital expenditure reviews
• Asset and lease management including, revenue forecasting, asset valuations, water resource monitoring and compliance
• Managing development projects for existing assets
• Maintaining systems and processes to deliver ongoing performance
• Developing and maintaining detailed financial models for potential acquisitions, divestments and developments
• Undertaking in-depth due diligence as part of a transaction team, and assist with legal documentation
• Sponsoring various projects from end-to-end at the direction of the senior management team
• Preparing proposals for consideration by senior management and the Board of Directors
• Supervising, mentoring and training junior staff

You will be a driven individual with an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset. You will be analysing business opportunities, developing, and evaluating financial models and managing existing assets and operational processes. Ideally, you will have transactional experience in corporate finance or real assets. You will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business, be able to build rapport, trust, and credibility, and navigate objections.

To be successful in this position:

• You will be tertiary qualified in finance, accounting, economics or relevant field
• Have obtained or have the desire to pursue post graduate studies
• You will be experienced in a similar role. You will be highly regarded if you have 5+ years analytical or project management experience
• You will have a strong quantitative aptitude, be detail oriented, rigorous and creative in developing, and refining financial models
• You will have prior experience negotiating, interpreting and providing instruction on contractual agreements
• You will have a high level of expertise with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills

As Senior Cybersecurity Analyst/ Technical Account Manager, you’ll manage and oversee the vulnerability management program for government customers. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, prioritising, and reporting on the security vulnerabilities of the customer’s systems and applications. You’ll be Canberra based and happy to be onsite with our customer approx. 2 days per week. What you’ll do

• Performing vulnerability scans and assessments using tools such as Qualys, Tenable, and Rapid 7
• Analysing and validating the scan results and generating reports and dashboards for the customer and stakeholders

• Coordinating and communicating with the technical delivery teams and customer application and system owners to facilitate the remediation of the vulnerabilities 
• Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of the vulnerability management program and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
• Defining and documenting policies and standard operating procedures for the vulnerability management program. 
• Providing guidance and leadership to junior analysts and acting as a point of escalation for complex issues.

What you’ll bring

You’ll have previous experience:

• Working for a government customer or in a highly regulated industry 
• Leading or managing a team of cyber security analysts 
• Defining and implementing policies and standard operating procedures for cyber security programs. 

Along with the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 3 years of experience in vulnerability management
• A security certification such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent 
• Strong knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and threats, such as the OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25, etc
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills 
• Proficient use of vulnerability scanning and assessment tools such as Qualys, Tenable, and Rapid 7 
• Be familiar with vulnerability management frameworks and best practices such as NIST, OWASP, CVSS, etc
• The ability to work independently, and as part of a team; and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
