Position: Business Analyst Lead – Enterprise-level eCommerce
Location: Australia - Sydney
We are currently looking for a bright, and tenacious Business Analyst Lead (BA Lead), who is familiar with SAFe Agile methodology, and experienced with eCommerce.
• Strong working knowledge of at least one of Magento, Commercetools, BigCommerce, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a Must-Have requirement.
• Previous experience managing remote/offshore teams is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of micro-services/headless architecture and CMS/DXP platforms (Sitecore, Kentico, Optimizely, Drupal, etc.) will be an advantage.
You love collaborating with a large team, handling multiple stakeholders with large-scale scope, and are experienced in delivering complex, enterprise-level IT projects.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:
• Analyze, design, and document technical solutions to meet the business objectives
• Conducting client research and analysis of the current technology stack in use capability
• Lead platform-agnostic discoveries and suggest the best-fitting solutions which are logical, meet business needs, and are platform appropriate
• Develop relevant training / user documentation for both internal and external stakeholders
• Liaise with developers to develop technical outcomes based on user needs
• Leading re-platform projects for eCommerce platforms end to end
• Create, own, and manage functional scope
• Understand the client's business needs and process
• Help our clients with building their road maps and backlog grooming of requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
• Strong working knowledge of at least one of Magento, Commercetools, BigCommerce, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a Must-Have.
• Have 2+plus years of BA Lead experience in a digital agency setting - eCommerce is a must.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills across business and technical audiences
• Experience writing detailed business documents clearly describing the problem, the scope of work and the best solutions for the client
• Experience presenting ideas and proposals to stakeholders
• Understanding of eCommerce internationalization and Australia complexities: content in multiple languages, country-specific product availability, and tax & payment processing
• Experience in the use of JIRA and other Atlassian services.
• Be comfortable organizing and running both client and supplier meetings.
• Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal team members across multiple levels, in Australia and Vietnam, building trust in your abilities to get the job done effectively.
• Be a team player, mentor, and support team members.

Reporting and Ownership
• Reports to SmartOSC ANZ’s Head of Delivery
Office-based is preferred, however, can consider a Hybrid working arrangement for the right candidate.
