Facilitate strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration, the exchange of information and issues management to build on existing relationships and influence outcomes. Identify and analyze any gaps in data and articulate in simple language, the context to which subsequent data models are formed. Work with business stakeholders to objectively and fearlessly review and remove outdated processes and system functions to optimize business transformation and create efficient end-to-end business processes. Determining the future and present business processes and maintain the quality of service and products. Build a strong, collaborative relationship with the Program, Project and 3rd Party teams. Assess and interpret information to formulate recommendations and provide specialist advice to enable the organization to achieve quality outcomes. Software and Hardware Asset Management. Software licensing and Hardware CMDB Management. Develops and maintains documentation of business processes using modern tools and methods to ensure that documentation remains a most useful resource Acquires a thorough understanding of the business and accumulates and formulates business needs, including functions, processes, workflows using such methods like conducting workshop, stakeholder interviews etc. Participates in testing activities in test environment and product quality Contributes in designing the processes and coordinating this work with the software development team Writes test scripts to gauge compliance with requirements across network and Standard Operating Environment (SOE) solutions as required Proficient in using the Agile method as a Business Analyst Establishes relationships and discusses with teams across the business and across multiple groups of people (internal and external) at various levels Describes a problem statement, impact of the problem on business and anticipates customer experience from a proposed solution Identifies and describes scope of work, decomposes the scope consistent with the selected approach and provides estimates for each activity Examines user requirements and prepares objects to enhance the understanding including workflows, storyboards, user stories and interface design Qualification & Experience Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the ICT industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies Familiarity with business process modeling and data analysis techniques Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus About Company Alterego is the comprehensive IT solution under one roof.
