About the role
As General Manager, you'll be at the helm of this transformative program. You will lead a consortium of nine dynamic partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment towards our shared goals. Your responsibilities will span from strategic oversight and governance to operational excellence and stakeholder management. As the Workforce Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating, sustaining, and enhancing the capability of our MHAODSP workforce. You will develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance workforce flexibility, cultural competency, and trauma-informed care across all roles. From coordinating cross-training initiatives to establishing micro-credentialing programs and career pathways, your leadership will be pivotal in building a resilient and culturally competent workforce that delivers high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Deliverables:

• Develop and execute strategies to address workforce challenges specific to MHAODSP
• Coordinate cross-training programs and on-the-job training initiatives to enhance workforce skills and flexibility
• Implement initiatives to promote cultural competency and trauma-informed care among staff
• Facilitate trainee programs and career pathways to attract and retain diverse talent, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and peer workers

You possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, healthcare administration, social sciences, or a related field
• Proven success in managing workforce strategies, training programs, and career pathways
• Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and motivate a diverse workforce
• Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines

The Admin Assistant will manage the fulfillment of customer orders by scheduling and coordinating the required logistics and technical services, both the ordering processes by customers and managing all return transactions.

What you will be doing:
