We are seeking an exceptional Change Manager to join the Reserve Bank of Australia?s Future Hub team. You will play a pivotal role in driving our successful transformation in response to the RBA Review ( http://rbareview.gov.au/final-report) , as well as aspects of other external reviews.
Working with the Head of Change and Governance Stream Lead, you will lead the development and delivery of change plans to prepare the Bank for a new governance model, including the establishment of two new Boards and related management structures. In this high-profile project, you will provide the full range of change management support during the implementation and embedding of initiatives to strengthen governance practices and decision-making processes.
