Our Global client is a highly regarded professional services firm based on Eagle Street.  We seek an experienced Facilities Assistant to join Sodexo's small on-site corporate team on a full time basis.

This is a professional role, where you will be the first point of contact for both corporate clients and the internal team.  Your duties will include:

• other duties to support to the Facilities team when required

About the Opportunity 

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive Assistant to provide hands on support to the CEO and COO and overarching support to the Executive Leadership Team on a daily basis. This role will be instrumental in ensuring our leadership team are accountable, focused and organised throughout the year.
