An Accounts Administration Assistant is currently required to join our Client's finance team, who are a quality focused supplier of nutrition additives to the animal agriculture sector.Permanent full-timeMonday to Friday 38 hours per weekTPV Salary $75 000 annual STIP bonus programAs the Accounts Administration Assistant, your primary purpose will be to perform accounting-related duties, working closely with finance staff and clients in regional locations. This will include:Performing bookkeeping duties using Advances ERP Accounting software (MYOB Advanced)Assist with the preparation and maintenance of accurate price lists and reportsInput invoices, expenses, monthly statements, account applications and monitor debtorsCalculating and checking to ensure payments, amounts, and records are accurateFiling, marking, maintaining and making readily available all administrative documents and reportsProviding exceptional customer servicesLiaising with Clients o discuss account statements and invoicesProviding cover for the Finance function during periods of annual leaveTo be considered for this position, you will have:Demonstrated relevant administrative, bookkeeping and client service experienceDemonstrated ability to work in teams and autonomously while maintaining effective communicationOutstanding interpersonal skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrable experience working with Microsoft Suite and MYOB Advanced ERP Accounting softwareThe ability to be flexible in high pressure scenarios and adapt quickly and efficiently to changeAre you looking for a career change to ring in the new year?
