WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide excellent customer service whilst resolving LEAP product queries in an accurate and timely manner
• Answer general client software and hardware queries
• Action inbound and outbound calls as assigned to achieve daily KPIs
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve application issues
• Capture notes using standard notes template in CRM, including recording detailed information for all calls requiring further escalation

The Role

The Missing Link Security Operations Centre provides 24x7 Managed Detection & Response (MDR) support to our clients across a variety of sectors. Lyka is growing and is looking for an exceptional Sales Operations Analyst that will be responsible for helping set up systems and processes for the Partnerships Team, our GTM launch for our Vet Partners Program and troubleshooting issues as we scale rapidly with a small team.

Who you are

You will create quality, efficiency and velocity for our Partnership team by building thoughful processes and automations using our CRM and supporting tech stack. What you will do

As a Junior Project Analyst, you will be part of our Melbourne team which is rapidly growing, your main responsibility will be to provide support to our clients in Product Data Management, Prototype Build and Launch Operations and Operational Performance Improvement.

Control Risks' Embedded Consulting Practice is growing in Sydney, Australia, and we have a great opportunity for someone with a few good years of business continuity experience to join us.

Working as part of a dedicated team, this role will be embedded within a leading tech sector client and will provide holistic Business Continuity services including proactive consultation, guidance, and direct support to corporate and other stakeholders as required.

Responsibilities will involve:

• Executing the BC strategy as developed by the Head of Corporate BC and Regional BC managers.
• Working with regional business teams to conduct business impact and risk assessments, identify critical services, define recovery objectives, and map critical dependencies.
• Working with business teams to document BC plan needs in Corporate Continuity tool to drive consistency and attestation.
• Partnering with the Business, and Global Real Estate and Facilities team to coordinate recovery strategies as identified through the Business Continuity planning process.
• Facilitating business continuity exercises and tests, to identify potential gaps in plans, as well as functionality of work transference processes supporting recovery.
• Work with large amounts of data and create meaningful reports
• Support in launching and maintaining tools and POC for conducting trainings
• Liaison with support teams to implement the program
• Supporting workplace resilience initiatives by working with multiple stakeholders to include facilities, business continuity, information technology, security and crisis management, for the purpose of seamlessly integrating within the disaster response cycle, as required.

• 4+ years' experience implementing and managing business continuity or risk management programs
• Ability to travel across assigned regions and internationally as needed.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
• Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII), Business Continuity Institute (BCI), or other business continuity professional certification
• Experience with commercial Business Continuity tools
• Experience managing and analyzing data from various sources to align to strategic goals
• Experience in responding to significant disruptive events.
• Ability to dive deep into data, existing processes, people, and technology challenges in order to identify risks and opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the written and oral communication skills necessary to build relationships and positively influence decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple complex projects.

The Team

Lyka is in a growth phase and we are actively looking to fill the position of a Data Analyst. This position is pivotal for our operations as it involves identifying unique opportunities for expanding our customer base as well as uplifting the analytical capabilities of our growth focused teams.

What you will do?

Explore Growth Opportunities and Architect the Lyka Growth Model: Dive into data to unveil growth possibilities using proactive insights and develop metrics to influence team rituals and decision-making.

Data Collaboration and Analytics Leadership: Work collaboratively with the Engineering team and stakeholders for seamless data capture, transformation, and storage, taking charge of ad-hoc analytical products and projects across the business.

Data Integrity and Automate Success: Ensure clean and normalised datasets by tackling data integrity challenges and build automated models on large datasets to measure results and predict outcomes.

Data Empowerment: Promote data enablement throughout the Lyka team, spreading the magic of meaningful insights.

Boasting 2+ years of experience in a data-centric role, you thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.

Your experience includes delivering insights, partnering with growth-oriented teams, and understanding the art of experimentation.

While experience with data tools is a plus (our current stack is BigQuery, dbt (core), Tableau, Hightouch and PopSQL), eagerness to learn is equally valued in our dynamic environment.

You wield strong data visualisation and foundational data skills, with an excellent understanding of databases and proficiency in Tableau.

Possessing at least intermediate SQL skills, you approach your work with a meticulous eye for detail with.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. You will conduct analysis, identify potential pain points, and propose optimized solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead high-level analysis activities across multiple workstreams.
• Analyse and define requirements for end-to-end digital eCommerce journeys.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritise, and document business requirements.

• Proven experience leading Business Analysis or large programmes in the fashion or retail industry.
• Proven experience working across timezones with remote teams, ideally in a ‘follow the sun’ model.
• Deep understanding of fashion industry trends, customer behaviour, and digital solutions
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, web, and mobile app technologies.
• Experience working in, and driving highly lean & agile behaviours.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align business analysis efforts with overarching organisational goals.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
