- Minimum 3 years working as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Senior Business Analyst with experience working in the digital portal or app channel.
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce implementation and integration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM best practices.
- Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process documentation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce developers.
- Experience in conducting user training and providing post-implementation support.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
