Your Role
You will assist in the investigation and resolution of internal and external customer complaints regarding retail and wholesale policies for Australia and New Zealand. What you’ll be doing
- Assist in business workshops and requirements definition with Product Consultants through to sign off
- Lead and facilitate technical Workshops and requirements definition through to sign off
- Development of interfaces and bespoke modules in line with industry standards
- Motivate simple, efficient and supportable implementations
- Provide technical advice and support
- Configure and install the Experian solution into our client and hosted environment
- Experience working in an Agile environment
