Role: Salesforce Test Analyst
Work Location: Sydney / Melbourne.
Role type: Full-time / Contract
Salary range: A$ 80,000 - 120,000 + super (based on relevant experience)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications, features, and integrations.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting defects and issues, and collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Conducting functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into effective testing strategies.
• Contributing to the creation and maintenance of testing documentation and artifacts.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
Skills & Experience required:
• 5+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles with automation testing experience.
• QA Expert in the Salesforce.com platform.
• Proficiency in Salesforce testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks specific to Salesforce, such as Selenium, Apex Test Framework, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative tools, including Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flows, and Validation Rules.
