Systems Analyst Your new company Australia's largest electrical transmission network operator. They manage and operate networks across Australia's three largest states across the eastern coast. You will be brought into the financial team to essentially work as a portfolio system admin for their project management software. Your new role Portfolio system management key responsibilities include;
Implementing and managing project management information systems.
Plan for system implementation and enhancement of existing project management
Scrum meeting with the developers to follow-up on development status, prioritise work and ensure software issues and bugs are fixed
Create test cases. Facilitate and participate in User Acceptance Testing.
Provide application training to end users and ensure systems are aligned to required standards
Workshop with different levels of stakeholders including senior management to assess functionality requirement
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a similar role focused on systems administration, project or portfolio management and implementation of system.
Familiarity with management and implementation of major commonly known ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ellipse etc).
Advanced Microsoft 365/ Microsoft Office Suite (including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and SharePoint)
Strong data management skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
