Our team is looking for a project manager to deliver a mix of Commercial/Retail Developer projects and also Industrial/Logistics projects.

• To lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex projects.
• To act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
• Manage all aspects of the project and both the internal team and consultant team to deliver quality outputs on time.
• Manage commissions, cashflows, budgets plus assist with resourcing and superintendent recommendations.
• Training and development of junior staff (transfer of skills to graduates and assistant PMs).
• Planning and managing quality, safety, health and environment issues on projects.

If you join our team, you will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery of complex, and interesting projects. You will be able to see how projects are identified, assessed, planned, and then taken through the preliminary design, detailed design, tender, construction and close out phases. You will assist with development of budgets, will manage complex stakeholder arrangements, manage and assess tenders, co-ordinate contractors and consultants and will get to take ownership of the projects you deliver. You will also have the opportunity to assist with client relationship management and business generation as part of the wider team.

The Project Research Coordinator will provide a high level of support and coordination throughout the design, development, facilitation and analysis of consumer co-design research. This role requires strong attention to detail and great prioritising of tasks and time management.

Through effective communication and an outstanding ability to collect and catalogue data, this role will manage and drive multiple activities across a precision health technology development project, funded by the Australian government Medical Research Future Fund. Tasks will include technology co-design activities, assisting with biomechanics data collection, stakeholder engagement, and data management. This role will also coordinate third parties, provide administrative assistance to senior staff and support the research groups activities and training.

Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary for a Project Research Coordinator HEW 7 will be in the range of $96,669 - $104,731 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $113,102 - $122,535 per annum.
