We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cleaning Supervisor to provide and monitor cleaning services to all departments, wards and public areas of the Hospital and other health sites.
You will be responsible to maintain a healthy and appropriate environment to minimise the infection risk to the community it serves.
Here is a snapshot of your day:
Daily visual inspection of the site ensuring cleaning standards are achieved. Report any risk identified (e.g.: OHS, Clinical, Financial, Technology, Public Image) to the manager and request a risk assessment. Participate in risk management activities.
Manage and ensure rosters are current, ensure roster absenteeism is managed efficiently each day providing cleaning staff to all areas in accordance with sites labour budgets.
