• Very attractive salary - $130,000p.a. + 11% superannuation

• Involvement in the recruitment and onboarding of assessors in your allocated area.
• Support from an administrative assistant to manage the scheduling of assessments and team rostering.
• Full training provided in the use and application of the AN-ACC assessment tool.

About the position:

• Provide in-field clinical support to a team of assessors to assure consistency and quality of assessments.
• Manage performance and ongoing training requirements of assessors.
• Collaborate with other Area Managers and share learnings to ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide regular updates and data reports on team.
• Travel within your allocated area.

Required:

• 5+ years’ experience in people management, quality management or clinical management within the residential aged care sector (above and beyond initial 5+ years aged care experience).
• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Intermediate to advanced IT skills particularly in Excel
• Excellent writing skills including report writing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable car for travel.
