About the Role

Our client, a global supplier for food processing and packaging solutions is seeking a skilled 3D animator for a 6-month contract to create high-quality animations for food processing and packaging machines. This part-time role offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work options. The successful candidate will work on 10-15 machine animations using provided step-files and follow detailed briefing documents and storyboards.

What a Senior Director of Corporate Communication does at Visa:

As Head of the Corporate Communication function for the AuNZSP cluster, this is an exciting role that will enable you to develop, lead and execute the communication strategy, ensure alignment to business goals, and lead a team with a diverse portfolio across the geography. 

The individual will help Visa achieve our business objectives through strategic communication programs that anticipate and manage the complexities of the region, while supporting business development. Leading a small team, the individual is expected to partner with senior business leaders and teams to advance the business agenda, manage and deliver strategic communication campaigns internally and externally, and act as an advisory point to business functions to support business objectives and drive growth across the region.

This role:

• Leads and owns the delivery of the overarching Corporate Communication strategy, liaising with senior stakeholders to understand business and functional strategies and ultimately translate those into a communication strategy that delivers business and scorecard objectives.
• Develops, tracks and reports metrics aligned with AP Corporate Communication metrics for all key initiatives across external and internal communications to demonstrate performance and business impact.
• Has accountability for programmatic thought leadership and reputation across AuNZSP that positions Visa as a partner of choice on key topics across the ecosystem – to consumers, merchants, banks, tech companies, governments and regulatory stakeholders – while balancing and/or managing sensitivities that come with a global brand and network-based business.
• Leads the strategy for responding to or proactively engaging media and other external parties to maintain and enhance Visa’s reputation in the market, including leading on AuNZSP crisis communication in times of issues and crisis management. 
• Provides strategic advice and produces presentations, key messages and briefing materials for Country Managers and senior executives, extending from leading the Client Forum and other AuNZSP-wide client engagement initiatives, to supporting media interviews for spokespeople.
• Leads the conceptualisation and overall delivery of the Annual Market Kickoff and employee communications agenda, driving employee engagement and establishing Visa as a best place to work – internally and externally – in a way that retains and attracts talent.
• Has accountability across all external and internal communication channels, including the delivery of All Staff meetings and whole-of-business communication, to drive our critical employee engagement agenda and support the organisation’s business objectives.
• Leads and nurtures team members, and contributes to leadership and mentoring of other team members outside of AuNZSP Corporate Communication.

Reporting to our VP Paid Media, the Paid Media Manager will work with our appointed digital partner and take accountability of the performance of paid media campaigns. These responsibilities are further broken down below:

• Basic to advanced implementation of campaigns on multiple paid media platforms, including DV360, CM360, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others, in addition to performing or assisting in validation/audits on campaigns of the same team.
• Measurement expertise on their platforms to identify poor implementations and areas of opportunity to improve campaign results.
• Help develop Paid Media strategies, including Programmatic and Paid Social, which address the goals of the client and will help us achieve their goals and KPIs.
• Ensure that audits and research are used to deliver insight-driven/data-driven strategies.
• Work with internal and Client Service teams to help with the smooth implementation of work.
• Lead key campaign meetings (internal & client-facing) to represent the paid media team and provide support and actionable next steps when relevant.
• Project managing all activity and processes required to proficiently run and create campaigns. Produce reports and studies that explain the rationale for optimization methodologies throughout campaigns.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the marketplace and social landscape to ensure delivery of the best campaigns.
• Manage relationships with partners and communicate account strategy, budgets, and performance.
• Demonstrate measurable success through the achievement of set KPIs. e.g., account turnover and profitability, campaign management, report generation, analysis, and, above all, strategic insights.
• Manage the daily relationships with wider account teams, advertising partners, and colleagues.
• Upskill other members of the team, where required, on best practice paid media campaign execution. Support the wider team to improve their understanding of paid media. Share best practice and knowledge with wider teams through lunch and learns, or other learning opportunities.
