Reporting directly to our Head of People Services , you will be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding of talent and new hires at ING, including talent mapping and sourcing for critical roles.
This role is key in delivering on strategic plans with our business partners, leveraging data and insights to develop risk based strategies to create simple, efficient solutions for our employees, while ensuring strong governance, monitoring and controls are in place.
What you?ll do
Assist with tasks across the People Services team including Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Wellness Health and Safety and Risk
Support the wider Human Resources team on deliverables and targeted projects
