About the Job

As a Relationship Manager at Rest, your key responsibility is to retain and grow a portfolio of Rest's largest existing clients by providing employers and members exceptional account and relationship management services. By understanding their specific needs and goals, you will offer personalised support and tailored solutions, building strong and enduring relationships.

As a highly experienced Relationship Manager at Rest, you play an essential role in driving client retention, growth, and expansion.

• Own and lead the retention and growth efforts for a portfolio of Rest's largest existing employer clients.
• Act as a representative for Rest in industry and association partner forums to effectively promote and maintain our strong market position and brand awareness among our clients
• Collaborate with Rest teams and partners to deliver market-leading customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities by developing and maintaining relationships with senior and executive employer contacts, influencers, and key decision makers.
• Strengthen engagement with key employer contacts through regular meetings, including the ongoing governance of the employer Management Committees.
• Identify new opportunities within existing employers/parent companies, such as sub-plans or brands within a group, to drive growth.
• Develop and proactively deliver annual engagement and activity plans with employers aligned with Rest's strategic objectives.

• Identify opportunities to implement or enhance existing products and services for employers and their staff, in line with Rest's culture and industry best practices.
• Deliver workplace education and engagement programs to members that lead to improved product utilisation and retirement outcomes.
• Work closely with internal Rest teams, including the Workplace Super leadership and Member Teams, to ensure coordinated service delivery aligned with Rest's core values.

Reporting to the Senior Product Owner, this role will be responsible for assisting Product Owners in gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. A Graduate Product Owner will work with Operations and Customer Experience teams are involved to ensure any products delivered address and enhance the customer experience.

What you'll do as a Graduate Product Owner:

The Accounts Officer is responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliation processes. This pivotal role encompasses ensuring prompt and precise payments to vendors, alongside managing the accounts receivable system to ensure timely debtor collections. Moreover, the Officer plays a vital role in conducting routine accounts reconciliations to uphold financial accuracy and prevent any financial losses.

Key Functions & Responsibilities

• End-to-end processes for accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate processing and recording of transactions and cash movements.
• Handle tasks such as matching Purchase Orders, invoice allocations and coding.
• Reconcile creditor and debtor statements, resolving any invoice discrepancies.
• Perform bank and accounts reconciliations.
• Manage vendors and customer files, including handling credit applications and debt collections.
• Assist month-end closing procedures.
• Support audit activities as needed.
• Assist payments and receivables for cash flow management.

What You'll Do

We currently have a full-time permanent opportunity for a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Trainer where you will have the opportunity to design, develop and deliver training for front line employees and managers across the NRMA portfolio of businesses.

In particular, you will create learner experiences that give our team members the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences for our members, customers and guests. Working closely as part of a Learning & Capability team, and key business stakeholders, you’ll conduct needs analysis, create and deliver training programs and initiatives across multiple modalities that align to business objectives and to the NRMA Playbook.

The role is based from our Sydney office.  We offer hybrid work arrangements with the flexibility to work from home and travel to all our sites with attendance at our Sydney (and Coolangatta office on an adhoc basis) as agreed and required for the role.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Partnering with the business and team members to design learning that meets learner needs, aligns to business objectives, and to our Playbook values
• Designing creative, effective and engaging learning materials and programs using a variety of platforms and tools
• Leveraging a blended learning approach that includes e-learning, virtual sessions, self-directed learning as well as face to face workshops, sessions and modules
• Assessing, evaluating and iterating to ensure the success of each initiative
• Facilitating and delivering training with consistency and quality – this will require travel for face to face training across a portfolio of sites and will also include virtual training
• Working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify core skill gap, key learner priorities and embed learning initiatives
• Participating in projects requiring learning support such as inductions and onboarding, systems, policy and procedural changes to ensure a great learner experience
• Working with functions such as HR and Safety to ensure training meets legislative requirements and best practices
• Flexing and adapting to changing needs across the organisation and the team, leaning in to assist where needed

What You'll Bring

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with relevant tertiary qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a background in the hospitality industry
• Excellent facilitation skills, both online and face to face, to frontline operations team
• Strong instructional design skills across a variety of platforms, video and tools including Articulate, Canva, Ed-App and Vyond
• An ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• Curiosity – always looking for ways to improve to meet future needs
• Flexibility and ability to adapt
