About the Role

An opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Occupational Health Physiotherapist that will work across our various Western Australian operations and provide specialised service in the management of musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace.

Reporting through to the Human Factors Lead, your specialised knowledge and expertise in this field will cover a large scope including early intervention, assessment, treatment, and proactive workplace management to maximise capacity, improve outcomes and minimise risk. In this role, your key responsibilities will involve:

• Triaging and managing patient caseload according to clinical priorities and service needs whilst ensuring early contact and review for all musculoskeletal injuries utilising a variety of methods (phone, telehealth, face to face) consultations.

• Clinical assessment of musculoskeletal disorders, development of treatment and management plans, and the provision of clinical Physiotherapy treatment and exercise rehabilitation programs.

• Assisting with the development and implementation of education and coaching of personnel involved within the injury management process to increase understanding of musculoskeletal injury assessment and management.

• Working with the safety department and employee, contributing to injury investigations, and developing action plans to prevent reoccurrence.

• Conducting workplace assessments and providing recommendations to site rehabilitation consultants and line management to improve rehabilitation case management outcomes and timeframes.

• Application of biopsychosocial principles in relation to musculoskeletal injury prevention and management.

• Providing support to the Human Factors team as required, including the completion of Ergonomic and Psychosocial Risk assessments.

What you can bring to the role

• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy with progression towards a post graduate qualification would be well regarded.

• Being registered with the appropriate professional body AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.

• Demonstrated relevant clinical experience with a proven track record in outpatient musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation, Human Factors & Ergonomics, strength training or Occupational Physiotherapy.

• Previous industrial experience with a sound understanding of current work, health and safety legislation and a demonstrated ability to adopt a risk management approach to injury prevention and management would be well regarded.

The role is responsible for responding to, and actioning, customer enquiries which could not be resolved via TGE First Call resolution process. The Freight Investigator role is located on the depot floor enabling the location of freight and resolution of escalations and enquiries. The role is required to respond to customers in line with agreed Service Level Agreements and work to prevent reoccurrence by working with internal stakeholders to identify the root cause of the issue. The role is also responsible for the accurate representation of freight in their care (correctly scanned, easily identifiable and retrievable).

1. Submit your application

3. Complete a video interview

Selected candidates will be invited to complete a video interview at a time convenient to you. We will provide you with several questions for you to answer and record via an online video interviewing platform. You will have a chance to read the questions prior to recording your answer. 4. Attend an in-person interview

The Opportunity

As a Mechanical Engineer - Industrial Machinery will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of challenging projects. This role is focused on Defence and piping projects across SA and WA.  You will work with our industrial team on a significant number of cranes, gantries and associated lifting equipment to support Defence infrastructure.  Other parts of this role will see you involved in fuel storage, mechanical piping and fuel handling facilities.  Having experience in either of these areas will be highly valuable in this role. Alternatively you may have worked on design an implementation of other industrial machinery and those skills can be transferred.

As a Mechanical Engineer you will plan, schedule, and conduct work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria. You will perform work which involves conventional engineering practice but may include a variety of complex design features and unsuitability of conventional materials.

Who are you?

As a Mechanical Engineer in our Industrial team, you will have experience in detailed designs, consulting or complex engineering projects from the mining, water, industrial or infrastructure sectors.  You will work with OEMs on product selection and installation but have the ability to customise and innovate, delivering unique solutions in challenging environments.

You will have the following skills and experience:

• Hold an accredited Bachelor of mechanical engineering or other relevant discipline
• Design experience with knowledge of local industry standards and local codes.
• Proven ability to work in engineering teams and manage projects to scope, budget and program.
• You are a Chartered Engineer (CPEng) or have eligibility to apply for this accreditation
• Australian Citizens will only be considered due to Defence project involvement

About the Role:

Due to a recent promotion, we now have an opportunity for a passionate operational leader in the role of Production Superintendent to oversee clearing & development. This is a permanent, Monday to Friday role with the luxury of returning home from site each day.

Reporting to the Huntly Mine Manager and working in a team of Superintendents, this role focuses on the current and future safety and production capabilities in your area of responsibility. Specifically, you will focus on establishing and maintaining standards for operational activities to achieve continual improvement in the areas of mine site safety, environmental controls, cost, quality and production efficiency.

As the superintendent you will be leading, engaging and developing both an internal team of Supervisors and operational crews working on continuous12-hour shifts, as well as directing and responsible for the safety and contract management of a sub-contractor workforce along with the functional support staff, setting the strategic direction for the efficient coordination of the production shifts and working closely with the mine site maintenance team to optimise equipment use and availability.

Huntly is one of our two bauxite mines in Western Australia and it is the world’s second largest bauxite mine, supplying ore to Alcoa’s Pinjarra and Kwinana alumina refineries. Established in 1976 and located east of North Dandalup in WA.
