Junior Store Assistants are the backbone of our retail stores and keep our stores running by:

• Assisting customers with finding their favourite products on the shop floor with a smile
• Keeping our aisles organised, clean and looking fabulous  
• Back of store duties including unloading and unpacking stock, keeping our shelves full so our customers can find their favourites!

• Coordinate and manage all regional import and export processes for commercial and NCG
• Ensure and manage efficient handling of customs formalities in cross-region trades
• Timely submit entries for customs clearance and ensure compliance with global rules, standards and regulations set by Global Trade & Customs
• Support opportunities to optimize regional customs and tax in line with local regulations and aligned with Global Trade & Customs department and strategies
• Communicate with state customs and other reg. regulators
• Support global initiatives/projects with reg. expertise,
• Closely collaborate with Tax and Accounting to ensure compliance with country requirements
• Act as local first contact to Regional Sales for cross-border questions for existing set ups
• Ensure compliance with global rules, standards and regulations set by Global Trade & Customs

As a Casual Swann Brand Ambassador you will be the designated Swann expert within your assigned stores and work with your Manager and other key stores within your territory to deliver an exceptional Swann customer experience to store staff and customers that leads to sales. 

Your primary focus will be to engage customers, demonstrate the features and benefits of Swann products and convert these interactions into meaningful sales.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for ensuring strong brand awareness across Swann products, driving the relationship and educating Retail Staff so that they have the confidence to recommend Swann products throughout the week and expand sales footprint,

The Conference and Events Planning Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences and events. This role involves managing various logistical elements, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of each event.

Main responsibilities include:

• Organisation of secured conference & events business, from point of event confirmation through to post event follow up
• Work in conjunction with the Conference & Events Planning Manager to support, guide and train colleagues within the team
• Develop and manage event timelines, schedules, and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on time
• Assist in post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and preparing reports to assess event success and areas for improvement
• Develop successful professional relationships with clients and maintain effective and timely communication 
• Preparation of Event Planning documents as required – including Request for Information, Event Orders, Invoices & Floorplans
• Ensure progress deposits and final accounts are invoiced and payments received in a timely manner, complete billing and post charges for each event
• Coordinate between Conference & Events and operational departments to ensure preparations for conferences have been made
• Coordination and Hosting of site inspections, pre-conference meetings and post conference reviews with clients

• Assist in the design and data entry of databases as required particularly maintenance of the Social Planet system.
• Manage customer service requests, complaints, general enquiries, and transactions (where appropriate).
• Help promote and support the participation of a wide range of users in the facility and Council programs through collaborative approaches and maintenance of day to day facility operational functions.

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role:

• Well-developed interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate effectively and gain cooperation and assistance from customers, management, and employees at all levels within the organisation.
• Commitment to quality customer service provision and the ability to follow through all enquiries effectively and efficiently. 
• Knowledge and/or proficiency in the use of facility booking or administration systems within a community setting.
