About the Role

Key responsibilities will include:

Leading and mentoring a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Architects to ensure team members are appropriately aligned and equipped to meet business and technology objectives
Partnering with cross functional teams to establish, develop and communicate agreed plans and prioritising work to execute delivery of the roadmaps that support strategic goals
Driving the end-to-end delivery of all programs, projects and key initiatives, across the full portfolio, managing all aspects including financial, business benefit, timeframes, governance and quality standards
Ensuring quality decision making inclusive of impact assessment, risk and issue management, funding, change management and business readiness
Demonstrating delivery progress through monitoring, documenting, tracking, reporting, integrating and implementation of projects
Managing resource capacity planning and allocations for work performed, to ensure the 'go live' and change plans are in place
Managing project budgets, and managing financial aspects of all projects to realise benefits
Ensure the delivery of all programs of work meet compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements including IT governance, processes, security and employees (including health and safety)

About you You will be an expert at aligning organisational and technology goals, providing value added solutions and maximising productivity within available resources. Additional requirements include:

Accredited tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
Professional certifications in Project Management
Strong leadership capability to organise and lead a diverse range of resources to deliver value outcomes effectively and efficiently
Significant experience working in a project/program management capacity, including all aspects of process development, execution and delivery (preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment)
Experience in the accountability for end to end governance and delivery processes which support project delivery and ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations
Ability to understand the needs of the business and translate them into technology solutions that align with technology strategy
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders based on trust
Demonstrated experience in the transparent management and prioritisation of projects in accordance with organisational objectives
Proven change management experience in a large and complex organisation

About you:

Proven experience as a senior Mission Director in a Catholic organisation.
Proven experience in Mission integration and the development of organisational-wide formation programs.
Experience within the health sector.
Understanding of current and emerging issues of an ethical nature impacting health, and Catholic teachings.
Actively engaged in the Catholic tradition and ethical principles, including upholding the Catholic identity of the organisation.
Ability to establish and build trusted and effective working relationships and partnerships.
Unwavering dedication to discretion and confidentiality.

ESSENTIAL:

Educational/Vocational Tertiary qualifications in Catholic Theology, Ministry, or a related area.
Demonstrated relevant expertise and experience at a senior management level.

DESIRABLE:

A Post Graduate tertiary qualification in Catholic Theology, Ministry, or related studies such as ethic.
