We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Portfolio Director of Talent and Culture to work on a Full Time basis. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function and supporting the growth and development of the team with a hands on approach.
Keys duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Reporting to the Portfolio General Manager, you will collaborate with the Leadership Team to provide guidance, motivation & advice on all HR related matters
- Drive Team Member Engagement and promote a positive culture
- Develop and continually review HR strategy on learning & development, engagement, recruitment / retention, rewards & recognition, workforce planning & people initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor and provide advice in the resolution of issues including performance management, grievances, investigations, role changes and remuneration reviews
- Complete HR reports and projects
