ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing the marketing strategies for both the NBL Store and First Ever Custom. You will be solely responsible for conceptualising the content, creating the content within budget for website and advertising purposes, establishing an effective omnia channel advertising strategy per campaign, ensuring that all of our partners channels are being leveraged to its fullest and responsible for achieving key marketing performance outcomes.

You will design and implement the marketing strategy and associated action plan to meet the overall business function objectives and increase consumer database for NBL store and FE Custom. You will also focus on developing and implementing the strategic plan for increased online conversion in these
two business pillars.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + super

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content
-Generate and develop effective and achievable content plans for each of our seasonal and on-going campaigns for multiple channels
-Analyse the most effective and affordable means of creating content for each of our campaigns, providing valuable insights
-Monitor and continuously test new content strategies with the focus on conversion and engagement
-Implement effective guidelines to ensure that the two brands messaging, Tone of Voice and style are consistent across all channels and campaigns
-Ensure that content calendars are signed off and planned 3 months in advance to the event occurring
-Work collaboratively with our social media agency to ensure the content reflects our brand and their KPI’s

Advertising
-Clearly briefing agencies on key marketing activities on a campaign by campaign basis, whilst also establishing an always on strategy
-Suggesting new advertising mediums and partnerships with a focus
on customer acquisitions
-Creating new CRM tactics and marketing flows to maximise the conversion of existing customers and those yet to purchase
-Working with the e-commerce team to ensure the user journey and flow is optimal for conversion
-Leveraging all of our key partners and stakeholders for all marketing campaigns for “Free Marketing”
-Research and being proactive with key advertising tactics that can be implemented within our business
-Be able to clearly communicate advertising strategies and justifying why the spend was allocated

Reporting
-Conduct, analyse and provide weekly reports around how to improve ROAS, CPC, CPM, Customer growth and social media engagement
-Providing detailed explanations on advertising reports to the GM and Board when requested
-Reporting cohesively on overall monthly budget vs actuals
-Maintain the annual budget allocated by GM and provide regular, as required budget reports to the GM

Hector's Deli currently has 3 Delis in Melbourne, with a desire to expand its operation state, and nationwide. Having recently and successfully launched a 4-day work week for all our team as well as paid parental leave, we are on the quest to become an employer of choice. Responsibilities

Oversee 3 high performing Delis and their operations in their entirety. Ability to take on several more Delis in the near future in Melbourne. Areas included in the role are outlined below:

People – develop, support, train and coach external, internal talent, increase tenure/reduce turnover
HR – interviewing senior roles, training documentation, performance management
Brand – highest of standards relating to product quality, refined casual
Experience – protect our guests, reduce wait times, increase throughput, enhance ambiance, cleanliness & music
Sales – marketing initiatives, increase spend per transaction, drive sales through non-alc, alc and sides
KPI’s - monthly P&L reviews, budgeting and reforecasting, yearly budgets
Supply Chain – COGs, waste, stock controls and yields
Rostering – Deputy system, labour controls and set budgets, maximise efficiencies
Safety – food safety, liquor licencing, risk and hazards
Other – 1 on 1’s and business reviews with Managers, facilitate weekly Operations Meeting, work in Deli regularly, execute new Deli openings seamlessly


Requirements
Minimum 3 year's experience in the same, or similar role
Previous multi-site experience is non-negotiable
Strong connection with team and people in order to build a strong culture and increase tenure
Proactive leadership and displays a strong initiative level
Ability to meet budgets and set KPI’s, engage your team on this journey

About the Role This is your opportunity to join a dynamic community mental health team operating under a recovery-oriented model of care, utilizing the Strengths Model of Case Management. The work can be difficult as the MST works with some of the most complex consumers in the service however the team is supportive and everybody helps each other. ROLE:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing front of house operations in conjunction with, or, in the absence of the Venue Manager. A key part of the role will be to supervise the front of house team and provide assistance, guidance and training to junior team members as identified/required. The Restaurant Manager will ensure that the venue is always presented at the standard set by the Venue Manager. This will be in relation to cleanliness, lighting, music, temperature, staff presentation, and readiness for service. The Restaurant Manager will be able to run any or all section(s) of the dining room as required and be comfortable assisting the bar team as well as taking bookings and hosting the venue. The Restaurant Manager will work collaboratively with the front of house and back of house managers to ensure that restaurant standards are maintained at the highest possible level and guests are receiving exceptional experiences that exceed expectations. A key part of this will be to monitor lunch and dinner services and maintain the highest standards of customer care. The Restaurant Manager will play an active role in ensuring labour cost targets are achieved in compliance with regulations by evaluating and managing rostering, start and finish times and breaks of team members. The Head Chef will oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen. The Head Chef will be ultimately responsible for all ordering procedures ensuring that produce is of suitable quality, price, and quantity to fit the needs of the venue and adhere to the budget. The Head Chef will achieve the food cost targets of the venue and where possible negotiate the best prices for products from suppliers. What this opportunity involves:

As a Project Manager in our Project & Development Services (PDS) business line, you will have a key role in managing and delivering hundreds of capital works projects on a nation-wide account.

You will be accepting total responsibility for the effective management of all phases within the projects from initial establishment, handover and project closure. You will have astute leadership capabilities, encouraging maximum contributions of all participants to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved for our stakeholders.

An overview of the role:

Work to assemble and effectively lead consultants, contractors and suppliers to achieve the best possible performance from all members of the project team
Ensure appropriate procurement processes are implemented and contracts are in place with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers
Within each project, ensure an effective organisation structure for reporting, communication and working procedures
Establish a detailed overall project programme that sets clear milestones and objectives to ensure successful project delivery
Establish project budget in accordance with client requirements and manage and forecast expenditure to achieve completion within budget
Carry out contract administration of all vendors professionally and in accordance with legal requirements to protect commercial interests of client and JLL
Manage the construction phase of the project and ensure JLL is providing appropriate supervision commensurate with our role
Identify, mitigate and report on project risks to ensure the delivery of projects on time and under budget.
Carry out value engineering, buildability analysis, and critically review the design and documentation to minimise risk and maximize outcomes

Be able to manage project delivery from inception to closure, with advice from Senior Project Managers as required
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, Microsoft Project and experience in managing cost reporting systems such as Prolog
Understand the legal environment for each project in respect of planning, commercial aspects and delivery constraints
Be able to carry out commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants and authorities.
Understand our obligations for complying with AS 4801, AS 14001 and Environmental Health and Safety legislation generally
A degree in a relevant property or construction related discipline or related and demonstrated industry experience in managing project life cycle
Candidates will require Australian Citizenship in order to be able to obtain Baseline Clearance which is mandatory for this position

Overseeing banquet operations on your shift ensuring an exceptional, modern and contemporary experience is delivered for all our guests

About the Role

Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking a highly motivated HSW Manager to join our team to help drive our business forward. This role will see you drive the proactive implementation and continual improvement to building a strong and positive health, safety, and wellbeing culture and to ensure compliance with all Health and Safety legislation. You will Pro-actively partner with managers and employees throughout the organisation to build, enable solutions, increase organisational capability, and deliver initiatives that continually improve our HSW culture.

What you’ll do

• Conduct governance activities, data analysis, research, and technical health and safety work for continuous improvement of the HSW management system, safety leadership, and behavioral program.
• Provide technical input for HSW planning, risk management, and management review processes, including dangerous goods and emergency preparedness.
• Assist in developing, monitoring, and reviewing the Business Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Management System and HSW Plan, ensuring employee consultation.
• Support operational management in effectively communicating HSW responsibilities to employees (including contractors).
• Follow the TGE HSW management system, utilizing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure legislative compliance and enhance safety performance and culture.
• Lead investigations of workplace incidents, near misses, and injuries, identifying causal factors and implementing preventive actions.
• Ensure legal H&S requirements are met by monitoring and updating Health and Safety documentation to reflect current legislation.

• Excellent working knowledge and awareness of Work Health and Safety Legislation
• Proficient computer experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook or equivalent
• Ability to challenge, influence, change and improve current systems, procedures, and processes 
• Experience in undertaking inspections, risk assessments and develop safe work instructions
• A strong commitment to continuously apply and influence best practice standards
• Current Australian Drivers Licence.

Duties

In this role, you will work with senior people within our client, executing and delivering the pipeline of projects demanded by their IT strategy. As our Head of Energy, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing NEXTDC’s energy procurement and investment strategy. You’ll need great relationships with our customers’ energy teams, our energy suppliers & network operators, and be able to engage power plant developers, as well as relevant government and industry bodies – all in conjunction with our internal experts.
