Turner and Townsend is looking for a Project Manager to support our Clients PMO team across multiple programs and to deliver Digital Reports and support the PMO Lead.  The role requires:

• To gather data from different input sources Project Managers, Business Unit Leads and team members, IT team and others.
• To Input data into established data templates, cleanse date to ensure it is clear and accurate
• Extract the data and produce the requested reports and Issue reports 
• Make adjustments to reports as requested
• To act as a weekly report backup resource 
• Assist with formatting and Check all data inputs in reports
• To act as Contract support resource
• Receive contract specific information from the internal legal team
• Input information into predefined contract templates (supply agreement)  on internal system and issue for approval.
• To manage the change control process.
• Monitoring and advising upon project finances.
• To manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
• Stakeholder management, understanding client key requirements and communicating/reporting accordingly.
• Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• To establish effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.

About the role:

Our team is growing aggressively, with plans to use our recent funding to triple in size over the next year. We are looking for a Transport Manager to manage the day-to-day allocation of freight for our rapidly growing client base. We're looking for people with extensive experience in the transport industry, ideally middle mile road freight forwarding.

What you’ll do:

• Manage end-to-end fulfilment process with transport carriers for our clients
• Get into the weeds to understand the root cause and put in appropriate actions to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain industry leading DIFOT while adhering to CoR / HVNL requirements
• Use our proprietary internal TMS, identify improvements and train team members
• Manage any issues escalated by your team & support Operations Manager as needed
• Motivate and lead a team of several people

Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive transport industry experience (ideally middle mile freight forwarding)
• Wide network of line-haul carriers around Australia would be very advantageous
• Comfortable working with computer systems (we will teach you ours)
• Comfortable leading a team under intense pressure
• Practical and proactive mindset to find transport solutions for our clients
• Desire to learn, adapt and grow!

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Australia, New Zealand, and South Pacific (AUNZSP) is Visa's advisory division, working with Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants) on a broad range of key business initiatives including strategy, proposition development, loyalty, operational optimisation, customer engagement and overall business profitability.

The Product Manager will work within the FX and Travel Product domain to help manage all aspects of the client’s product. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of debit card operations and financial services, with the ability to manage and optimize our existing product line.

Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Assisting in managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
