Turner and Townsend is looking for a Project Manager to support our Clients PMO team across multiple programs and to deliver Digital Reports and support the PMO Lead. The role requires:
- To gather data from different input sources Project Managers, Business Unit Leads and team members, IT team and others.
- To Input data into established data templates, cleanse date to ensure it is clear and accurate
- Extract the data and produce the requested reports and Issue reports
- Make adjustments to reports as requested
- To act as a weekly report backup resource
- Assist with formatting and Check all data inputs in reports
- To act as Contract support resource
- Receive contract specific information from the internal legal team
- Input information into predefined contract templates (supply agreement) on internal system and issue for approval.
- To manage the change control process.
- Monitoring and advising upon project finances.
- To manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
- Stakeholder management, understanding client key requirements and communicating/reporting accordingly.
- Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
- To establish effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
