The Role:

We’re hiring a GM Architecture to join our technology team and play a pivotal role in shaping technology and architecture blueprints critical for fulfilling AP+'s strategic objectives.

This position collaborates closely with business units and stakeholders across AP+ to ensure seamless alignment and adoption of organization-wide architecture principles and policies.

Proposed Position Requirements are:

• Leading & ensuring the effective planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of major and complex projects relating to critical I&T architecture and infrastructure programs, initiatives, strategies, and frameworks.
• Providing technical leadership for the delivery of compelling digital architecture and infrastructure solutions.
• Ensuring a defined set of architecture standards are documented and adopted within the branch and across the department.
• Significantly contributing to the effective planning, management, and delivery of the I&T branch’s functions, goals, and objectives.
• Establishing and maintaining productive partnerships with external IT providers to ensure optimum allocation and utilisation of digital resources.
• Representing the department in senior-level and/or inter-agency delegations and negotiations pertaining to digital architecture and infrastructure.
• Provide architectural leadership and chair organisation-wide architecture review board ensuring the architectural and solution design decisions are thoroughly considered and aligned to the business strategic goals and objectives.

This role will also see you provide expert leadership, consultation and best practice processes when it comes to:

• Solution & Payment Architecture
• Best Practice & Compliance
• Partner & Vendor Management
• People Management

In order to be considered for this role you will need to display:

• 10+ years’ experience working in either a “Head of” or “General Manager” role with robust experience across core aspects of IT architecture within the Financial Services sector.
• Experience across multiple Architecture domains, including the implementation of Architecture in various large organisations.
• 7 years+ experience in delivering major business solutions into production within multiple project teams.
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility, team focus, and dedication to customer service.
• Solid understanding of business needs and customer focus beyond the technical/technology aspects.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

In collaboration with the Construction & Facility Team in the Sales Market Australia & New Zealand, you ensure the implementation of a comprehensive maintenance strategy that focuses on the complete store lifecycle, including investments, long-term costs, quality, sustainability, and compliance. You are responsible for managing and developing facility management suppliers and their contracts centrally for the market. This involves monitoring costs and quality to optimize processes, tools, and contracts in order to meet the required standards. 

Key responsibilities: 

• You are responsible for enabling and securing the operations of the multi-brand store portfolio by providing qualitative facility management services in a specific geographic region/area and for specific service provider. 
• You manage and coordinate all facility management suppliers for your store portfolio. 
• You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage and run various projects for your store portfolio. 
• You provide customer service by acting as an internal service provider to all brands, securing a high-quality service in line with expectations on urgency. 
• Work closely with Sales Market C&F Manager to implement and execute the market facility strategy and translate into operational activities and actions in the stores. 
• Drive collaboration with other Real Estate departments as well as Brand Sales and Operations to understand business needs and plan and execute accordingly. 
• Monitor and follow up cost performance based on actual versus budget, including forecasts. 
• Create and maintain facility plans containing activities to meet requirements for stores and other properties, balancing scheduled and reactive work.

Due to the continued growth of our team, we are seeking a National Team Leader to join our Access Psych leadership team.

As the National Team Leader, you will provide leadership and management to Access Psych staff, ensuring that business objectives are met, as well as:

• Drive and coordinate the recruitment of mental health professionals for Access Psych;
• Onboard, support and mentor Access Psych clinicians;
• Proactively work with clinicians to promote the engagement and retention of team members;
• Lead the Access Psych clinician team to create a positive culture of performance excellence in all aspects of service delivery;
• Assist staff to develop positive stakeholder relationships;
• Complete clinical treatment services in the Access Psych clinic. This may include treatment, training, assessments, critical incident debriefing and/or onsite services;
• Lead and support clinicians to manage their workload and work capacity;
• Develop and maintain team resources for the Access Psych clinical team and broader Access Psych Team as required;
• Support team engagement and collaboration.

This is a hybrid role with a mix of leadership and treatment work.

The role will involve three days of leadership duties and one to two days of treatment work in the Access Psych clinic which may include intervention work, training and/or assessment work.
