The Taste Italian Grill Campbelltown NSW urgently requires two full-time Restaurant Managers to lead our floor operations. Salary offered is $75K to $80K plus superannuation depending on the skills and experience you have.
You should ideally have a Diploma, or at least 3 years of proven industry experience. At least 1 year of experience will be highly regarded. You should demonstrate excellent knowledge, leadership skills and mentorship skills.

Ky Main tasks include:
• Provide exceptional customer service by setting and maintaining high standards.
• Supervise and coordinate restaurant’s floor and wait staff
• Monitor daily operations for smooth functioning of guest services and food sequencing on the floor
• Resolve any issues such as customer complaints, feedback, and suggestions
• Develop and manage floor budgets, and prepare reports for the management
• Collaborate with the chef to maintain menu quality, food safety, and consistency
• Manage reservations, seating, ambience, and customer flow for optimal dining experience
• Hire, coach, and performance manage new floor staff
• Create and manage rosters, and delegating duties for efficient staffing levels
• Ensure a positive and cohesive environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth within the floor and kitchen teams
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food and beverage costs
• Oversee regulatory compliance for the floor operations
