The Manager, Claims Operational Risk will lead delivery of day-to-day operational risk management across claims. 

The role is responsible for executing the Line 1 risk management framework, including but not limited to, RCSA actions & controls, control assurance & testing, identification and tracking of Incidents, Risk Committee oversight and reporting, along with relevant risk-based reporting & analytics.

Key responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Optimisation:

• Create data extensions using SQL scripts and ensure accurate database management. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Sales teams on telephony campaigns and other customer engagement initiatives. 
• Guide and teach the business on automation best practices and options based upon measurement experience and frameworks. 

Governance and Compliance: 

• Own the development of a content governance system, maintaining and optimising older web journeys for continued relevance and performance. 
• Ensure that all journey content is accurate, consistent, and on-brand, maintaining a distinctive tone of voice for both Lendi and Aussie brands. 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in email marketing and customer communications.

You will own the development of the Afterpay B2B positioning and value proposition, produce a suite of sales content to empower our sales teams, and create compelling B2B brand storytelling. You will bring a strong story-telling capability to craft narratives and materials for merchant partners from SMB to Enterprise scale. 

• Value proposition: own the Afterpay merchant value proposition, and the development of merchant-focused messaging programs to support its use across sales, account management and B2B marketing channels

• Sales narratives: work with sales leaders to develop a deep understanding of the sales process, and develop narratives and sales content materials to effectively position the Afterpay proposition, differentiate our offering and overcome objections

• Sales content: own the creation of sales materials across a range of formats, and for a range of channels. Partner with sales, account management, B2B marketing, product to align enablement programs to business objectives, ensure consistent messaging, and address gaps

As an Enablement Business Partner (EBP) for ServiceNow sales enablement, you will be responsible for establishing close business working relationship with the key sales leadership, stakeholders and the GTM teams in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). About the Role
