Key responsibilities:

  • Regularly review and achieve best possible terms and conditions with suppliers
  • Ensure optimal presentation standards are maintained across the Office Environment, including Reception, Kitchen, Meeting Rooms
  • Contributor in the Social Committee, supporting internal events
  • Purchasing and maintaining Office Supplies, Catering, Stationery and or Equipment.
  • Work closely with Functions to coordinate the Induction of new team members in SO. This includes first day routines and tours. For overseas expats, this will include providing their welcome pack and supporting with some onboarding processes
  • Regularly maintain and ensure all centralised tools are being utilized and updated as required including; Weekly movements, SO Phone contact list etc. and follow up where necessary
  • Proactively liaise with all functions in order to support and facilitate internal and external events
