About the role
ARC is seeking a Residential Area Manager with exceptional leadership capabilities to lead and manage our McGraths Hill, Wetherill Park, Smeaton Grange, Narellan and Bathurst sites as well as a Key Account Manager.
This role involves multi-site leadership, ensuring safe and efficient operations whilst managing a large and growing portfolio of customers in the residential segment. You will be a proven sales leader who can optimise processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness and successfully drive sales performance. You will have the opportunity to make your mark executing and delivering on exciting business growth plans and capital investment.
