Marsh Advisory is seeking an experienced candidate to lead and develop our Climate and Sustainability practice in the Pacific region. The Climate and Sustainability practice sits within Strategic Risk Consulting, which also contains the Risk Management, Resilience, Cyber Security and WHS practice areas.

As the leader of our Climate and Sustainability practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients navigate and manage accelerating climate risks. Drawing on your expertise and business acumen, you will spearhead projects across three pillars:

1. Natural Hazards and Physical Risks – supporting our clients analyse and prepare for accelerating physical risks drawing on our climate risk insights, risk engineering capabilities, and insurance transfer products.

2. Carbon and Transition Risk – helping our clients understand their transition risks using quantitative modelling and supporting them plot a pathway to Net Zero.

3. Sustainability – assisting our clients meet regulatory and investor requirements on sustainability disclosures and embedding ESG risks into their enterprise risk management frameworks and strategic roadmaps.

• Build the practice in the Pacific region, connecting capabilities from across the practice to client needs and closing business opportunities

What we would like you to have: 

• Degree in Business, Environmental Science or Management, Engineering, or other academic field relevant to sustainability

• 5+ years’ relevant experience in sustainability or climate change consulting

• Awareness and experience in the concepts and application of relevant international frameworks eg. GRI, SASB, ISO14001, GHG Principles, SBTi, TCFD

• Experience providing professional advice to clients by developing and adjusting project approaches, methodology and tools to guide risk programs and initiatives

• Partner and vendor management – Manage vendors to deliver solutions for the project to ensure adherence to schedule, quality outcomes, cost effectiveness, appropriate risk management and seamless integration with other project delivery streams, including:

This role is part of our Platform product organization, responsible for the foundational capabilities of the Now Platform, which are at the center of every “out-of-the-box” ServiceNow solution. You will be part of the Strategic Enablement Team in the Outbound Product Management organization, a talented and supportive group that is passionate about evangelizing our platform internally and externally. You will work cross-functionally, with product teams, customers, partners, and the field to enhance the overall experience with the solution and ensure successful go-to-market.  

As a Principal Outbound Product Manager, you will play a critical role in the evangelization of the Platform, helping establish Generative AI solutions and other platform capabilities in our customer base and expand that customer base. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Commercialisation Manager (Rich Media
& Display) to create profitable, high quality, relevant and compelling display and rich media led product solutions across Nine’s digital portfolio that drives revenue generation through the sales teams.

You will be responsible for delivering new market-leading solutions, embedding them within Nine’s broader product set and supporting the sales function in generating revenue from display and rich media.

Day to day you will:

• Identify opportunities to improve commercialisation of Nine’s digital assets through display and rich media led initiatives 
• Partner with a diverse set of stakeholders across Sales, Nine Powered, Campaign Operations, Pricing & Inventory and Editorial to design and manage the roll out for new display and rich media led products 
• Work with Trade Marketing to produce product-specific go-to-market materials and position them effectively in market
• Provide product ‘playbook’ specs and resource material into Powered and Trade Marketing to support their creation of go-to-market materials
