The Opportunity

As a Client Success Manager, you will be part of our Client Success team that prides itself on providing outstanding service to our 10,000+ clients. We know that exceptional client service keeps our members happy, which is the fuel for our growth.

Our Client Success Managers work with our members to ensure their businesses get the legal assistance they need in an efficient and valuable way. Our best CSMs take the time to understand a client’s business goals and challenges and work collaboratively with the client to deliver effective short and long-term solutions. They continuously work on their legal product knowledge and they are business savvy. They are proactive, organised and diligent. And they never tire of speaking to our member clients!

Key Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with new members and onboarding them to our member platform.
• Drive the value of our membership by supporting members to regularly engage with our Legal team.
• Identify upgrade or extension opportunities and provide quotes.
• Act as the go-to person for any client questions or concerns, including responding to queries about our member platform or the legal services provided by us.
• Action client feedback to continuously improve our membership offering.
• Analyse member usage patterns to identify potential issues and encourage members to get the most value out of our membership.
• Relay feedback on our membership and the client experience to other LegalVision teams to improve the member experience.

You will receive both formal and on-the-job training to give you a strong understanding of the legal and commercial needs of Australian and New Zealand businesses.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced in customer service/account management: You have at least six months of experience working in a customer service or account management role, and are excited to pursue a career in this area. Legal experience is not required for this position, training will be provided.
• Passionate about helping clients: You have excellent client service focus and the ability to problem-solve or sell additional services when appropriate. You’re dedicated to creating support experiences that exceed client expectations.
• Personable, empathetic and understanding: A friendly and professional demeanour will get you far as this role will be client-facing and relies upon identifying and solving client problems.
• Driven, autonomous and efficient: You work independently and take ownership of your own activities and responsibilities. You are constantly looking for ways to challenge yourself and to improve yourself and the systems around you.
• Business and tech-savvy: You will be using our innovative in-house technology to assist clients. You pick up new skills quickly. You are able to get into the mind of a business owner and understand their priorities and concerns.

The Workforce Optimisation team is responsible for several outsourced projects and services for some of our biggest clients in Datacom. The Workforce Planning Manager is responsible for analysing, forecasting, and planning workforce supply and demand, as well as talent needs and gaps, to ensure that an organisation has the right people with the right skills to support its business objectives.

Our offices are based in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. Therefore, we leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!

What you’ll do   

The Workforce Planning Manager is responsible for (but not limited to):

• Analysing, implementing, and monitoring workforce planning initiatives to optimise and scale the evolving workforce and long-range plans.
• Collaborating with business leaders, strategic planning, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders across the company to review existing and future workforce needs and to ensure alignment with business objectives and financial goals.
• Collecting, interpreting, and evaluating workforce metrics to provide data-driven insights for internal and external talent pool assessments, headcount reviews, forecasting and business scenario planning, reviewing processes, and monitoring plan effectiveness.
• Lead the development, execution, and communication of the company’s workforce planning roadmap to optimise and scale an evolving global workforce and to create strategic long-range plans.
• Oversee workforce planning initiatives, including headcount metrics analysis, internal and external talent assessments, forecasting, plan roll-out, processes, and controls.
• Selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

What you’ll bring  

• Extensive experience with workforce planning and scheduling in a large complex organisation – Ideally within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment
• Strong understanding of business requirements with an appreciation of business strategy, forecasting and workforce behaviour
• Ability to work on moderately complex assignments, requiring judgment in resolving issues and making recommendations.
• Assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
• Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders and team members across different business units
• Blend of commercial, technical, and consulting skills.
• Strong financial management practices with a clear understanding of the relationship between costs, utilisation, and project revenue
