Looking for:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Health Practice Manager to lead our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a dedication to delivering high-quality patient care. As a Health Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our practice and ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative and clinical aspects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direction to the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, administrative staff, and other personnel, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve the practice's goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and values.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management activities, optimizing financial performance while maintaining cost-effective operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care delivery, implementing measures to continuously improve clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements, staying abreast of industry changes and implementing necessary updates and training.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing ongoing education, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness and professional growth.
• Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the practice facility, including equipment, supplies, and infrastructure, to create a safe and conducive environment for patients and staff.
• Foster positive relationships with patients and their families, addressing concerns or complaints promptly and implementing service improvements based on feedback.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline administrative processes, enhance patient care delivery, and improve overall efficiency and productivity.
• Represent the practice within the local community, participating in networking events, health fairs, and outreach initiatives to promote healthcare services and community wellness.
Skills & Attributes:
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare management or administration
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Medical Practice Executive) preferred
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Financial acumen and budgeting skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Job Type & Salary:
• This position entails full-time employment.
• The base salary will be AUD 70,000 – AUD 80,000.
